Play 12" x 12" layout using Tiny Tots 2.0 and March Mood Board| Conny Craig

Hello, crafty Bellas!

It's Conny here with a new project featuring the Tiny Tots 2.0 collection. For this layout, I was inspired by the mood board and incorporated several elements from it. I especially loved the large "PLAY" lettering and the colorful design, which became the main focus of my layout. I can’t wait to see your unique twist on it!

I started by cutting out a large "PLAY" using my Cricut machine and some free fonts. I chose the font I liked best, and you can do the same! This approach makes your layout more unique and personal, especially if you decide to scraplift my design. My letters are all the same length, just a little shy of 3 inches, and I used the Tiny Tots 2.0 paper - Sidekick.

After cutting the letters, I added foam adhesive to the back of each one. I love adding dimension to my projects! With the Tiny Tots 2.0 paper called 123s as my background, I knew I wanted to frame the numbers with white cardstock. I trimmed the cardstock to 11" x 11" and used my sewing machine to add a border, which also adds a different texture. I lifted the edges and distressed them slightly, then added some spritz of colors that I thought matched my "PLAY" cutout.

Next, I placed my "PLAY" title to the right of the white cardstock, arranging it a little wonkily and playfully. To the left of that, I added my 4" x 6" with four smaller photos, embellishing them with some foam and chipboard pieces. On the right side, I added two frames, keeping with the wonky theme, and in those frames, I created clusters with embellishments.

Cute Kid Mini Album | Tiny Tots 2.0 Collection | Tara Chaussee

Hi everyone! Tara, with Secretbees Studio, here with my final blog post as a Bella Blvd Designer and of course I had to finish with a mini album! We are using the Tiny Tots 2.0 collection this week and I have created an adorable keepsake milestone mini that is full of pockets and cards to document every amazing month of babys first year!

You can tell from the colorful cover of this album that it's going to be super cute! The background rainbow stripe paper is layered with a tiny polka dot frame, scalloped edges and a charming giraffe. The real highlight is the fun, jiggling circle border! I cut several circles from the patterned paper and strung them, along with some round ephemera icons on a piece of twine. I added in a few colorful shaped enamel stickers too!

This chunky album has six pages inside that have pockets on both sides for a total of twelve- one for every month of the first year! Using a variety of border punches and decorative scissors, I gave each pocket a unique trim along the top and used a different patterned paper for every one! All of the patterns in this collection are adorable and it was so fun combing the pockets with the pages!

Each pocket also features a different color of the fabulous Luna alphabet stickers announcing the monthly milestone. A sweet sentiment, whether it is a sticker or ephemera from the collection, is also layered on the pocket along with colorful enamel and puffy hearts and stars as well as some acrylic shapes, enamel dots and lots of the 'Cuteness' stickers from the collection!

Every pocket holds at least 5 decorative cards in varying sizes that are ready for cute photos of baby! They are cut from the charming patterned papers and decorated with more of the ephemera, chipboard and stickers from the collection! I also added in lots of the coordinating Bella Pops and even some tiny felt pennants! Some of the cards are even interactive for more fun!

Tiny Tots 2.0 Scrapbook Layoutl Kirei Baldwin

Hi everyone! This week the Creative Team were challenged to use the cute Tiny Tots 2.0 collection and a Moodboard. 

I always love a challenge and a Moodboard is a great way to kickstart a layout.... I took inspiration from some of the colours (green, blue, pink and yellow), the shapes (circles and rectangles), stars, two different fonts, the word PLAY and the layered letters. Let me explain how I used each of these...

The Tiny Tots 2.0 collection is as the name implies a cute and sweet collection aimed at little children.... now I don't have children so I love finding ways to make this sort of collection work for me. Luckily I was chatting with a friend and was telling her about my assignment and I told her I need photos that have something to do with animals. She reminded me of our fun day out last October when we discovered this fabulous coloured wall of animals while exploring the local town. They were perfect! Thanks Wendy! 

So that's the PLAY inspiration ticked off.... we were actually doing a Treasure Trail around Ross-on-Wye here in the UK, where we are given clues that take you around the town to various locations and places of interest. Once you solve the clue you move onto the next location... so it's like a fun day of play for adults! 

I mounted my photos using the blue star Watch Out! patterned paper and distressed the edges. Then I layered them up over four different rectangles of patterned papers, sticking to greens and blues. That's two Moodboard inspirations covered... colours and rectangles!

Next is my fave part, adding embellishments! I used a mix of Ephemera Icons, Puffy Stickers, Epoxy Stickers and Ciao Chip Chipboard Stickers. Some of these are raised on foam pads to add dimension. These gave me three elements from the Moodboard... colours, stars and circles (epoxy dots)! 

Then the title... so I pulled in two different fonts (another Moodboard inspiration ticked off!) by using the Luna Puffy Alphabet Stickers and Letter Scramble Stickers in Blueberry. Then I layered my two word title 'Street ART' to the side of the photos as it really pops against the white card. And that was the final element that I was inspired by from the Moodboard!

Tiny Tots 2 | March Mood Board Card Inspiration

 

Happy March Bella friends.. Annette Allen here with you today and I am sharing some Mood Board Card inspiration using the Bella Blvd Tiny Tots 2 collection and Luna Alphabet Puffy Stickers.  I am going to show you two easy cards full of color and adorable patterns. 

 

 

Create card from white cardstock A2 size.

 

Using the Luna Alphabet Puffy Stickers (Ice, Pickle Juice, Punch, Orange and Bell Pepper) spell the word BIRTHDAY in each color. To keep them lined up I used a fine ruler to keep my letters as straight as I can. 

 

 

I cut a 1/4 inch strip of the Sidekick paper and adhered it to the right side of the card using liquid glue. This paper really pulls all the colors together and coordinate with the mood board. 

 

Cut the word HAPPY from the Borders paper and add some foam tape to the back and adhere it to the right upper part of the card. 

 

Add the Ice Cream from the Yummy Bella-Pop to the left side of the Happy sentiment. 

 

 

A very simple but color card... I just can't get enough of those fun Luna Alphabet Puffy Stickers.

 

 

Create a card from white cardstock A2 size.

 

Can an A2 panel of the Tiny Tots 2  Play Date backer paper and adhere it to the card base using liquid glue.

 

Cut an A2 panel of the Play Date paper and then cut the top part at an angle that leads up to the top right hand corner and repeat by following to the left side corner. Trim off excess after you adhere to the card. The edges should line up in each corner on the right side. 

 

 

Die cut or machine cut a 2 inch circle on the Borders backer paper and add some foam tape to the back and add it to the right side of the card, leaving a small part off the card and then trim. 

 

Use the Luna Alphabet Puffy Stickers (Mcintosh, Punch, Bell Pepper, Orange, Pickled Juice and Peep) to spell out HAPPY B♥︎DAY mixing up the letters with each color along the line of the designer paper. 

 

Add the Ellie Bella-Pop to the center of the circle and one of the red hearts. 

 

Pick out a few more of the hearts from the Tiny Tots 2 Ephemera Icons and add them to the card using foam tape. 

 

Let's also add that tiny blue heart from the Playtime Puffy Stickers. 

 

Birthday cards are always fun to create. The Tiny Tots 2 collection can be used for kids or adults as you can see in both of my cards today. All those little animals have me smiling from ear to ear. They are so cute.

Summertime Layout | Tiny Tots Collection | Tara Chaussee

Hi everyone! Tara from Secretbees Studio here with a fun and colorful layout featuring the Tiny Tots 2.0 Collection along with the Bella Blvd 'Summertime Fun' cut file! The creative team was challenged to create a Summer Themed layout and I was inspired by this bright photo of my grandkids enjoying a summertime treat!

In this collection there is a fabulous rainbow stripe paper that I used to fill in the open letters of the cut-out. Then I trimmed just the word 'time' from green patterned paper and layered that over the original cut-out. Keeping with a rainbow theme, I stenciled in some large polka dots onto a grid background and also added in a rainbow scalloped chipboard sticker over my photo.

A small polka dotted tab was tucked under the photo and I added some foam adhesive to the cut-out before adhering it to the page. The pink popsicle Bella-Pop, along with its fun little drips, was a definite must for this layout and is layered on top of everything!

More of the super cute and colorful embellishments of the Tiny Tots 2.0 collection were layered around the photo including some sweet sentiments!  For more accent and shine, I added a diagonal variety of puffy and epoxy stars, hearts and tiny dots to the background!

Tiny Tots 2.0 Scrapbook Layout | Erika

Hi friends! Erika here. Creating a 12x12 scrapbook page using the Bella Blvd Tiny Tots 2.0 collection was an absolute joy. This collection was perfect for documenting my 2-year-old's playful spirit. Recently, we found out she has autism, and while this journey has had its challenges, there have been many beautiful moments that I wanted to celebrate on this page.

I started with a horizontal design, placing two photos of her playing at the park in the center. Using the cut-apart sheet, I fussy bladed out the "cute kid" words, which added a playful touch to the layout. One of my favorite elements was the stats journaling card included in the collection, where I could document some of her current favorite things. 

To add contrast, I incorporated touches of black, such as a border around my backing page and a supporting horizontal border behind the main feature. I also took some of the puffy sticker hearts and stamped them in black ink to create a repeating pattern above my photos. These provided a perfect backdrop for the adorable Bella Pop cardstock sticker animals.

Finally, I added a bottom anchor for some handwritten journaling, capturing the special moments we've experienced lately. This collection made the page come together effortlessly with its coordinating colors and cute designs.

I hope this inspires you to get crafty today and document the special moments in your life. Sometimes, it's the small details and playful elements that can make a scrapbook page truly meaningful. Have a beautiful day 🩵
