Peter Pan & CO | Luna Alphabet and Spell On You Layout | Tara Chaussee

Hi everyone! Tara from Secretbees Studio here again to share more Bella Blvd cuteness with you! I have a brand new layout featuring the super adorable Spell on You Collection combined with the brand new and fabulous Luna Alphabet!

The background of the layout is the backside of the Bootiful Night paper and it has a simple yet interesting harlequin pattern in a pale gray that is perfect for layering! I then cut a strip of patterns from the Borders paper and added that lengthwise to my background along with a strip of green polka dots to match the green of my photos.

The two photos are mounted on different dark patterned papers of the collection which contrast nicely against the light background! I added a simple embellishment to each photo and then arranged several pieces from the ephemera word pack along with Ciao chipboard icons and Fright Night puffy stickers in two of the corners of the background.

To highlight the title of my page, I cut a strip of paper in a matching pattern and topped it off with a chipboard border before adding the Luna alphabet letters and numbers in Halloween green and black. The tiny orange heart accents scattered throughout the layout are also from the Luna alphabet and come in different sizes! Lastly, I layered in some shiny epoxy accents from one of the Bella Pops and the Witchy epoxy stickers!

Just Have Fun Smart Girl 12X 12 Layout by Conny

Hey Crafty Friends!

It's Conny here, and today I want to share about the Teen Vibe Caitlyn Collection. Even though Savanna is not quite a teenager yet, I found that this collection is perfect for documenting her at 6 years old. This weekend, we visited a charming café, and Savanna was dressed in a bright outfit that matched the colors of the collection perfectly. Of course, we took some adorable family photos during our outing.

I began by printing out two photos and mounting them on green patterned cardstock from the collection, using the reverse side of the borders to create a nice outline around the photos. I then cut out two 3" x 4" cards and embellished them with Just Have Fun Icons, florals, and a few other decorative elements.

I selected the Girl card from the 12 x 12 daily details for the second card. After cutting it, I glued it to the 3x4 card. To enhance the look, I embellished it with some beautiful flowers, ephemera icons, and meaningful words. Furthermore, I trimmed the white textured cardstock to 8.5x12 inches and embellished it by adding an inch of floral paper (Glam) to both the top and bottom of the white textured cardstock. After cutting out the piece, I carefully positioned it on the pink cardstock, making sure there was approximately 1 1/4 inches of space at the top and 2 inches at the bottom. If you prefer a more centered look, feel free to adjust the positioning until you're satisfied with the placement.

I carefully arranged the 3x4 cards and photos on the White Texture Cardstock, placing them slightly staggered to create a visually appealing layout. Additionally, I incorporated the Too Cute Bella Pops and a selection of floral elements on the left side of the layout to enhance the overall design.

Girly Pet 12x12 Scrapbooking Layout with Teen Vibe Caitlyn Collection

Hi friends, Erika here! I hope you’re having a great week so far. I’m back, and I can’t wait to share my latest project using the brand-new *Caitlyn* collection from Bella Blvd. This collection's color scheme is so bright and cheerful that I immediately knew I had to use it to document the adorable bond between my 6-year-old and our cat—or should I say *her* cat? 😄

For this page, I wanted to go for something a bit funky and fresh. I started by taking strips from different colored papers and creating diamond shapes out of them. To make them pop, I stitched each diamond together using black thread for contrast. And because I love adding dimension, I mounted every other diamond on foam adhesive.

Right now, I’m really in my two-photos era so I stuck with that. While trends can be fun to follow, it’s also important to stick with what feels right for you! With all the color on the page, I needed something to ground it, so I added some black splatters in the background and mounted the whole layout on black patterned paper. The balance between the bright colors and the black accents really made the page come together.

Finally, I added a few clusters of embellishments and some heartfelt journaling to complete the layout. I had such a blast putting this page together and I’m thrilled with how it turned out.

School is Cool Scrapbook Layout l Kirei Baldwin

Hi everyone! My assignment was to use the fun School is Cool collection so decided to use it in a non-school type of way! I have been wanting to use the cute Bella-pops Wise Owl sticker for ages and as there are lots of other owls in the collection I decided to document about my growing owl collection! 

I cut a 10½" piece of the Wise One patterned paper and distressed the edges and stuck to the centre of a piece of white cardstock. Then I cut an 11" piece of the Paperclips paper, sprayed the edges lightly with water (not too wet!) and rolled and tore the edges to get a really distressed look. Once dry I stuck over the other patterned paper square. 

I mounted three photos using the School Supplies patterned paper (orange dots) and distressed the edges and then stuck down in a vertical design using foam pads. 

Then the fun bit which is adding all the embellishments! I picked out various sized owls and other appropriate elements in mainly orange, yellow and blue tones from the Ephemera Icons, Puffy Stickers and Epoxy Stickers to create three clusters around my photos. And of course I finally got to use that super cute owl! 

I added a title in black using the Letter Scramble alphabet stickers and finished off with my journaling.  

Last thing was a few paint splatters in white and some wonky black cross-stitches around each edge.

School Is Cool | Erica Thompson

Hey friends! Erica here with you today sharing a layout using the School Is Cool collection!

I loved the crayons in this cut file and I knew the 12x12 Coloring Pattern Paper would be perfect to back them! I backed each crayon with a different color strip from the 12x12 paper. 

I backed the rest of the cut file with pattern papers from the School Is Cool collection and then backed the two letter O's in the word COOL with my photos. 

Once the cut file was backed I added foam adhesive all over the back of the backed cut file and then trimmed down a piece of white cardstock to 11.50x11.50. I matted the white cardstock to the 12x12 Supply List Pattern Paper. Next I adhered the cut file to the center of the page and started to embellish around the layout. 

I added some ephemera icons around the page and used one of the ephemera titles under one of the photos! I love how this layout turned out! Super simple but so colorful!

First and Last Days of School 12x12 Layout | School is Cool

Hi friends! Erika here. Creating a 12x12 scrapbook page with the Bella Blvd School Is Cool collection was so much fun! I got inspired by these two chipboard circles that said “First Day of School” and “Last Day of School.” I happened to have pictures that matched both prompts perfectly, so I knew I had to use them.

I wanted to keep the design simple and stick to classic school colors—black, red, and yellow. Since my photos were in black and white, they fit right in without clashing with the cardstock.

I went with a single-tier design in the middle of the page to highlight the mini pencils I cut out. I added foam adhesive to give them some dimension, making the page pop.

The chipboard letter stickers were perfect for my title, which I surrounded with plain clear sequins and a bit of mini rope for a unique touch.

To finish the page, I added mini question marks, handwritten journaling and time-stamped the photos. This added a personal touch and captured the timeline of my child's school year. The final result was a colorful, dynamic page full of school spirit.

I had a blast putting this together and love how it turned out. I hope this inspires you to get crafty and document those special school moments. Remember, sometimes keeping it simple and focused can really make your scrapbook pages shine. Happy crafting!

First Day Memories | School Is Cool Collection | Tara Chaussee

Hi everyone! Tara at Secretbees Studio here with a layout featuring my pretty little granddaughter on her first day of preschool last year! There are so many charming patterned papers in this collection and I picked a few of my favorites to highlight these photos of her and her proud family! 

I backed each of the smaller photos with a different paper design and then layered those along a strip of more of the delightful patterned paper. I added a strip of red polka dot paper under the distressed edge of the strip and repeated that under the left side of the layout as well. Along the right side of the layout I added the frames from the Ephemera Words pack and topped those with cute icons and epoxy school supply stickers. I added in bright flowers and small epoxy dots!

Around the main photo, I layered lots of embellishments from the Ephemera Words and Ephemera Icons packs along with a chipboard sticker and more of the shiny epoxy stickers! I just love the apple slices! The finishing touches were some more colorful flowers in the top left as well as some tucked underneath the long photo strip!

Summertime Layout | Tiny Tots Collection | Tara Chaussee

Hi everyone! Tara from Secretbees Studio here with a fun and colorful layout featuring the Tiny Tots 2.0 Collection along with the Bella Blvd 'Summertime Fun' cut file! The creative team was challenged to create a Summer Themed layout and I was inspired by this bright photo of my grandkids enjoying a summertime treat!

In this collection there is a fabulous rainbow stripe paper that I used to fill in the open letters of the cut-out. Then I trimmed just the word 'time' from green patterned paper and layered that over the original cut-out. Keeping with a rainbow theme, I stenciled in some large polka dots onto a grid background and also added in a rainbow scalloped chipboard sticker over my photo.

A small polka dotted tab was tucked under the photo and I added some foam adhesive to the cut-out before adhering it to the page. The pink popsicle Bella-Pop, along with its fun little drips, was a definite must for this layout and is layered on top of everything!

More of the super cute and colorful embellishments of the Tiny Tots 2.0 collection were layered around the photo including some sweet sentiments!  For more accent and shine, I added a diagonal variety of puffy and epoxy stars, hearts and tiny dots to the background!

Tiny Tots 2.0 Scrapbook Layout | Erika

Hi friends! Erika here. Creating a 12x12 scrapbook page using the Bella Blvd Tiny Tots 2.0 collection was an absolute joy. This collection was perfect for documenting my 2-year-old's playful spirit. Recently, we found out she has autism, and while this journey has had its challenges, there have been many beautiful moments that I wanted to celebrate on this page.

I started with a horizontal design, placing two photos of her playing at the park in the center. Using the cut-apart sheet, I fussy bladed out the "cute kid" words, which added a playful touch to the layout. One of my favorite elements was the stats journaling card included in the collection, where I could document some of her current favorite things. 

To add contrast, I incorporated touches of black, such as a border around my backing page and a supporting horizontal border behind the main feature. I also took some of the puffy sticker hearts and stamped them in black ink to create a repeating pattern above my photos. These provided a perfect backdrop for the adorable Bella Pop cardstock sticker animals.

Finally, I added a bottom anchor for some handwritten journaling, capturing the special moments we've experienced lately. This collection made the page come together effortlessly with its coordinating colors and cute designs.

Time to Travel 12x12 by Erika

Hi friends! Erika here. Today, I’m excited to share a special 12x12 layout featuring my 6-year-old reading to her 2-year-old sister. While I used a travel collection for this page, I love stretching my imagination to fit different themes. In this case, I used it to signify the imaginary travel that happens through reading books.

Over the past year, my kids have become regular visitors to the library, and on this particular night, my eldest was reading aloud to her sister. Her progress in reading has been remarkable, and I’m incredibly proud of her.

My style typically includes lots of vivid colors with high contrast in black and white. To achieve this, I often start with a black and white photo as my central focal point. For this page, I anchored my main photo with colorful heart paper as well as a large horizontal strip of black and white cardstock, trimmed at the edges with lace for a fun touch.

One of my favorite techniques is using cut apart sheets for my titles. For this layout, I chose "travel is good for the heart" from the collection. I then used an alpha stamp to add "bookish" to complete the title. To ensure all the elements stood out, I inked the edges for extra definition.

 

On the right side of the page, I added a fun element by creating two small-scale books. Inside these books, I placed two additional photos that were slightly repetitive but too precious to leave out. This was a great way to include them without cluttering the page.

To add a burst of color, I backed the entire page with a blue cloud print paper and adhered small strips of solid patterned paper in rainbow order. A black zigzag stitch around the edges and a few more pieces of ephemera brought the layout together beautifully.

Road Trip - Time To Travel Collection | Brianna Lepper

Hey friends!  Brianna Lepper here today and I've got a fun layout using the Time To Travel collection. This week the CT is documenting multiple photos using this gorgeous collection.  You might not know this about me, but I LOVE Swedish candy... And there happens to be a Swedish candy store in Los Angeles which is about a 1.5- 2 hour drive from where we live.  So of course, we have taken road trips there multiple times and let me tell you, it's worth every second of sitting in traffic haha.  Here's my page: 

To start, I took two pieces of the 12x12 Road Trip paper and trimmed the black diagonal side to 11x11 and then took a piece of white cardstock and trimmed it down to 10.5x10.5.  Once I layered and adhered them together, I pulled a road map stencil from my stash and blended some blue ink through it.  Simple and pretty!

Next, I matted my photos using a scrap paper from the collection and popped them all up on foam tape. I arranged all three together towards the right side of my layout.  I knew I wanted to create a few embellishment clusters around my photos so by staggering them together, it created some nooks and crannies. 

For my title, I used the Florence Alpha in Black and Blueberry and adhered it to the left of my photos. It's such a fun font and it goes so well with this design. I then started embellishing using the Ephemera Icons and Words.  

I created this fun cluster at the bottom left of my layout using more Ephemera Icons and Ciao Chip stickers.  Since this page is about a road trip, I tried to incorporate vehicles and of course city buildings since we were in Los Angeles.  

This collection is bright and bold and I love it so much.  We love to go on so many different adventures and it's perfect to document a lot of those special memories with.
