EiEiO Collection | Focus on Clear Cuts | Gloria Parra

Hello crafty friends! Gloria Parra here to share a 12 x12 layout using the oh so fun EiEiO collection! If you are looking for the perfect farm collection, look no further…this is it!!!

I started this layout with the “Howdy” plaid multi color patterned paper as my base. As a second layer I added the grid red and white patterned paper that I cut at 11,5 x11,5 inches. Finally, I used a 10,75 x 10,75-inch white textured cardstock that will be the base of my layout. 

For this layout the main focus was to use the gorgeous cloud clear cut transparency to create my sky. This transparency reminded me of the beautiful sunny day we had at the farm. I cut the acetate at 5,5 x 10,75 inches and adhered it at the top of my white cardstock with some glue dots placed behind a couple of clouds, that way the adhesive can’t be seen.

I then proceeded to use “The Good Life” cut out for my title. I backed the cut out with different patterned papers and added 3 different chipboard animal stickers inside the 2 “O” letters and the “D”. Remember, you can take advantage of the spaces in those big letters to add embellishments or even more photos. 

I printed 2 3x4 inch photos and made a frame for them with some of my favorite patterned papers in the collection kit. I then placed my pictures nestled at the right side of my big title.

At the top left corner, I placed the die cut sun and a couple of chipboard and Bella pop clouds to create the scene of a sky.

At the bottom of the cut outs I created 2 more embellishment clusters to create a visual triangle. For this clusters I used ephemera Icons and foam adhesive to adhere them and create some dimension on my layout.

My journaling was added on a printed tag that you can find in the ephemera word pack. I added some yellow twine at the top and tucked my tag under my photo.

Guys Will Be Guys Mini Album | Teen Vibe Carson Collection | Tara Chaussee

Hi everyone! It's Tara with Secretbees Studio with a new project to share with you! This is my first creation with the new Teen Vibe Carson collection and it's amazing!

This mini album will not only hold great photos of your teen boy but it will also look great as shelf or desk decor! I created the easel itself from sturdy card stock and then made four pages to go along with it. Each of the pages was covered in the fabulous patterned paper of the collection and then totally decked out with all of the awesome embellishments! The cover of the album is made from the Stars Clear Cuts acetate that is included in the collection.

Each page has a side tab for easier flipping and features a spot for a photo in a mixture of sizes. The icons and ephemera were layered together with lots of the multicolored epoxy stars and dots of the collection!

 

The icons and ephemera of this collection are perfect for so many stages of a boys life! You have sports, trucks, games, fashion and of course food. I had so much fun designing these pages and adding all of the fabulous stickers, chipboard, icons and ephemera! If you are in the market for a teen boy collection, look no further- this one has it all!

Welcome Bella friends... Annette Allen here with you today to share more card inspiration with you using the new Bella Blvd Teen Vibe Caitlyn collection. I bet you have been getting inspired with all the creative team members projects. I love using these collections to create cards with and I have to say it comes so easy with all the fun coordinating elements and go perfectly with all the gorgeous papers. 

 

Today it is all about inspiring your loved one with a card. Send them a sweet message using this fun collection. 

 

 

Create card from white cardstock A2 size.

 

Cut an A2 panel on the Kissy Lips paper and adhere it to your card base using liquid glue.

 

Cut a rectangle measuring 3 1/2 x 4 1/2 on the Girl Squad paper and add some foam tape to the back and adhere it to the center of your card. 

 

 

Die cut or machine cut a heart design on the Daily Details backer paper and then add some foam tape to the back and adhere it the center of your card. 

 

Pick out three Ephemera Icons and adhere them to the center of your heart. I used foam tape on all three of the images. If that is too much dimension for you use liquid glue. 

 

This collection is full of amazing sentiments/sayings let's pick one from the new Caitlyn Ciao Chip board. I added foam tape to the back and adhere it to the card. 

 

 

Finishing with a few of those pretty Big Heart Epoxy dots. This gives my card a little shine and more pink... which I love and I hope you do too. 

 

 

Next up with is all about those smiling faces...

 

Create card from white cardstock A2 size.

 

Cut an A2 panel on the new Glow Clear Cuts. Don't adhere it yet.

 

 

Die cut or machine cut a fun rectangle design that has openings and a circle in the center on the new Make Someone Smile paper. Flip it over and add some foam tape and then add the A2 panel we cut out of the Clear Cuts Glow to the back. 

 

Now add some tear tape to the Clear Cuts BUT ONLY on the parts you will not see on the front of your design. Add to your card base. 

 

 

Yes, we need more smiles, so let's pick the Ciao Chip board SMILE happy face and add some foam tape to the back and adhere it to the center of your card. 

 

I thought this sentiment was perfect for all these smily faces. It is from the new Ephemera Words. Add some foam tape to the back and adhere it to the card.

Let's Scrapbook: Father Day Fun

 

Happy hello Bella friends... Annette Allen here with you today and I am sharing a little Father's Day inspiration using the new Let's Scrapbook collection. Father's day is this Sunday, so you still have a couple of days to get out our crafty supplies and create something special. 

 

 

Create a card on white cardstock A2 size. 

 

Cut a piece of the Let's Scrapbook Photo Taker A2 size and adhere to your card panel using liquid glue.

 

Die cut a decorative frame on the Let's Scrapbook Paper Party backer and set aside. 

 

Cut a panel on white cardstock measuring 4 x 5 1/4 and die cut or machine cut Love You Dad in the center, but make sure your frame will fit around the sentiment without hiding it. 

 

 

Adhere your frame around the sentiment. 

 

Flip over your panel and add foam tape to the back and adhere to your card. 

 

 

Add one of those awesome Let's Scrapbook Puffy Stickers camera to the center of the O on the You. 

 

I also added a couple of the Trinkets Puffy Stickers (Blueberry) hearts to the sentiment to finish. 

 

 

Don't you just love how the designer paper shows through the sentiment? 

 

 

The theme today is Father's day but we are also enjoying all those cool cameras from the Let's Scrapbook collection. Father's day is a camera kind of day. Memories are always good. 

 

 

Create card from white cardstock A2 size.

 

Cut 4 strips measuring 3/4 inch of of the Let's Scrapbook Paper Party backer and Photo Taker backer (2 of each). Adhere these strips to the card base using liquid glue.  

 

Cut 3 strips measuring 1 inch of the Photo Taker paper. Make sure you get a full line of the camera when cutting. Add some foam tape to the back of the strips and adhere them to your card. As you can see I have lined them up between each of the seams. 

 

 

Machine or die cut a 3 inch circle on the Let's Scrapbook Clear Cuts Be Happy. 

 

Peel and stick the DAD Pennants (Family 2) frag to the acetate on the left side of the circle at an angle. 

 

Pick out the Heart from the Let's Scrapbook Ephemera Words and add some foam tape to the back and adhere to the circle on the upper right hand side of the circle. 

 

Finishing with one of those fun cameras from the Let's Scrapbook Puffy Stickers. 

 

Flip over your circle and add foam tape to the back, but only on the parts that it will not be seen on the front and adhere to the card.

Mother's Day Cards...

Welcome Bella friends... Annette Allen here with you today and I am so excited to be sharing these fun Mother's Days cards with you all. Mother's day is right around the corner and well the Just Because collection is perfect to create your mom a special card.

I know you all see it... on this first card my focus is LOVE, because that is what we think of when we think of our Mother. I used the Bella Blvd Love & Promise Acrylic Words combined with the new Just Because You Are Loved Puffy Stickers to create my special message. 

I used a basic scalloped rectangle to die cut the Blooming Beauties designer paper and adhered it to my A2 card base using foam tape. I then cut a square measuring 3 1/4 x 4 1/2 on the large pink polka dot designer paper. I added foam tape to the back and adhered it to the center of my scalloped rectangle. 

Cut a piece of white cardstock measuring 1 x 3 1/4 and adhere it to the center of the pink polka dot using foam tape. 

Create the sentiment using Love & Promise Acrylic Words (LOVE) only with the Just Because Puffy Stickers and replace the O with one of the Bella-pops Full Bloom flowers. 

Lots of dimension on this card.

Sending love with Bella-pops and Ephemera Words...

Cut the Yellow Striped designer paper from the Dancin' Daises measuring A2 size (4 1/4 x 5 1/2) and die cut a 2 1/2 inch circle in the center. 

Cut a 3 inch square of the Clear Cuts To You From Me and adhere it to the back of the circle using foam tape. The foam tape with add a little space between the layers. 

Add the Bella-pops Just Be You cardstock sticker to the lower half of the circle. On the top part of the pop add a little foam tape before adding it to the circle. 

Finishing with this special message to your mom from the Just Because Ephemera Words. Add the sentiment with foam tape.

Our Love Song l Kirei Baldwin

Hi everyone! Kirei here with my latest layout using the Our Love Song collection and we were challenged to focus on the coordinating Clear Cuts acetate and Letter Scramble Alphabet Stickers! I had a photo waiting to be scrapped that was perfect for this layout... I've just started volunteering at the local Isabel Hospice charity shop and their tagline is 'Always Loved' which I thought would be a great title!

Firstly I trimmed down a sheet of the XOXO patterned paper (small spots) to a 9" square, distressed the edges and stuck down to a white cardstock background. Then I tucked distressed strips of the Daily Details paper (striped side) around each side of the central square. Next I added my photo which was mounted on a piece of I Love You paper (pink spots), layered behind it is a piece of the Clear Cuts acetate.

Next was time to embellish which is my favourite part! I went for two large flower clusters at the top left of the layout and around my photo. I used flowers from the Ephemera Words, Ciao Chip Chipboard Stickers, Doohickey Stickers and Trinkets Puffy Stickers. Some of these are raised on foam pads to add dimension. 

I also added in a few hearts, a stripey arrow, heart tab, heart speech bubble and a heart banner along with the cutest rainbow from the Bella-pops Beautiful Sticker set! 

I am loving the Letter Scramble Alphabet Stickers and pulled out the Punch and Peep sets to add my pink title. I finished off with my journaling to the side of the photo.

Cards with Our Love Song/Kim

Hi Bella friends, it's Kim and I'm back to share some fun Valentine's Day cards made with the awesome Our Love Song collection. The challenge this week was to add the new Letter Scramble Stickers with a focus on the Clear Cuts. 

 

For the first card, I cut my background paper and popped it up with foam tape and then, I placed another layer on top. Next, I cut some of the clear cuts and made a cupcake.

I love all of the hearts on the acetate and decided to not fill it with anything and let the hearts be the focus. I love the washi with this collection and added a bit at the bottom and placed part of my sentiment on it.

For my second card, I started by creating four layers and separating most of them with foam tape. I used dies from my stash to create a star and a rectangle.

Again, I used  the Letter Scramble alphas for my sentiment, a few ephemera and finished with the puffy stickers.

For my final card today, I used a large piece of the Clear Cuts and covered my card front with it. I pulled some ric rac from my stash to add to the top and bottom. I love adding texture on all my projects. I cut some hearts and used the Letter Scramble with the ephemera words for my sentiment and then, I added hearts and the cutest little cassette tapes and my card was done.

I feel like these cards have a total candy vibe, with a love theme and I added lots of hearts to thrm. This collection is loaded with hearts and I love it, so I had plenty to choose from. I added a lot of the puffy stickers and some epoxy stickers too. They are absolutely some of my favorite embellishments. I love the dimension they add to my projects.

Merry Little Christmas l Kirei Baldwin

Seasons Greetings, I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas with their family and friends! It's Kirei here with my latest festive layout using the fabulous Merry Little Christmas collection and I've pulled out the coordinating Clear Cuts paper to use as elements in my wreath design along with some of the other patterned papers in the collection.

Firstly I trimmed down a sheet of white card to 11 1/2" and distressed the edges, adding in some torn areas on each side. Then I pencilled a roughly 9" circle in the centre of the white card to use as my guide for the wreath. Using the packaging technique I added soft blue sparkly watercolour paint around the circle, then finished off with lots of splatters. Once it was dry I stuck it to a frame made from the From the Heart paper (red flowers).  

Next I punched thirteen 2 1/2" circles from the following: Clear Cuts - Candy Cane Stripe, Merry Everything (blue spot), Papa Noel (Santa's) and From the Heart (red flowers) and distressed the edges. Then I decided to add some additional details to each one: firstly the Clear Cut circles - I punched large snowflakes from the Merry Everything and From the Heart papers and attached them using a cross-stitch in the centre, then the Merry Everything (blue spot) circles - I back-stitched a border with matching blue thread, next the Papa Noel (Santa's) circles - I added sparkly glitter glue to the Santa hats and finally From the Heart (red flowers) circles - I stitched red French Knots to the centre of each little red flower. These were all added to the white card background using foam pads. 

Then I mounted my three festive Snapchat photos using the Filled with Joy (dark teal) paper, distressed the edges and added them to the wreath using foam pads. 

Next is the fun part... adding the embellishments! I used the Ephemera Icons, Puffy Stickers, Epoxy Stickers and the cute Bella Pops layered stickers! 

To finish off I added some cross-stitches around each edge, added my title using the new Letter Scramble alpha in Pony and McIntosh (layered the two together to give a dimensional feel) and 'CHEER' from the Ciao Chip stickers, and finally just added a few lines of journaling and it was done!

Hi friends! I hope you all enjoyed a wonderful holiday, and are spending time with loved ones this week! How about some more Merry Little Christmas inspiration?

 

 

This week, the creative team is using Merry Little Christmas paired up with the Clear Cuts Acetate Paper in this collection.  For my layout, I created a large vertical shaker pocket with the Clear Cuts Paper.  I filled it with some sequins from my stash that sprinkle freely!

 

 

Along either side of my large shaker pocket, I placed scalloped border stickers from the Doo Hickey cardstock stickers. To create a spot for my photos, I cut a large rectangle of patterned paper and placed my photos here, as well as a fun phrase from the Daily Details patterned paper.

 

 

Of course, I had to add some of the fun die cuts from both the ephemera icons and words packs! I tucked trees, presents from the puffy stickers, and the adorable Bella Pop Santa head around my title and photos.

 

 

Some final touches included machine stitching around the patterned papers and word phrase stickers.

Hi Bella Friends,

I'm here to share a fun layout today that highlights Lake Life and some classic Bella Besties. I love how easy it is to add Bella Besties to any layout, they always coordinate perfectly!

I started off with a Bella Besties paper for my background. This one is called 'Hearts and Ombre Ice' in blue. The gradient fades from dark to light and is just so pretty! My next step was to add the patterned Lake Life paper in a few diagonal pieces and machine stitch in place. I also added some border stickers from the Doohickey sticker sheet to frame the page.

I also fussy cut some of the Clear Cuts wave acetate to add just above the bottom paneling to give a little more fun detail. Next I added my pics and then used a combination of Florence Alphas and Ciao Chip to create my title.

Then I created 3 clusters to embellish my page. The first cluster features that gorgeous little bear holding fish, and the boats from the collections icons pack. This tied in so perfectly with my pictures of us kayaking and rafting in the lake.

The next cluster is a few trees, the cute life jacket and cloud, and my favorite, the adorable epoxy frog. My kids went frog hunting on this trip so I had to add him to the page!

Finally I used a couple of tags from the ephemera words pack. I added eyelets and twine for texture and a couple of cute epoxy pieces for interest.

 I think the icons in this collection are just so stinking cute! I hope you get some inspiration on how to mix Bella Besties, and Alphas with the latest new collection. Have a creative day!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY! | 3 PRODUCTS 6 DAYS | Gloria

Hello Bella friends, happy Wednesday!!! This is Gloria Parra here with a super fun layout made with the awesome new BIRTHDAY BASH collection!!! This week we were challenged to use 3 products (sequin mix, puffy stickers and daily details cut apart paper) on our projects, and I LOVE a good challenge!

I started my layout with a white cardstock for my background and trimmed two 1/2-inch borders of the multi striped patterned paper that I placed on the vertical left and right sides of my layout. I also added some hand stitching to both sides of the borders with some red thread.

One of the elements I had to use for this challenge was the “Daily Details” patterned paper with all the fun cut parts. I chose a couple of them and added some machine stitching to the borders using the same color thread as the card. This is adds some texture and interest.

I then matted my photo on two different patterned papers (light blue and orange), and then layered all my cut apart in a kind of diagonal line on my layout; leaving space for the shaker balloons that will go on the left side of my photo.

Here comes the fun part, creating those colorful SHAKER BALLOONS!!! I cut 3 different size of balloons, each one 2 times. I then trimmed the inside of one of each size of balloon leaving a 1/4” inch of a border approximately. I then proceeded to adhere with some liquid glue the acetate to the trimmed balloon and then added some foam adhesive to all the borders; proceeding to add the sequins. Finally, I adhered the untrimmed balloons to my trimmed one and had my shaker balloon ready to go. I then added some twine and a felt bow to each balloon, making them even cuter!

Finally I added my Happy Birthday title, from the ephemera word pack and created a little embellishment cluster at the top right of my photo. 

I finished my layout with the awesome puffy stickers that gave the impression that they were bursting like confetti out of my balloons. I hope you guys like it and give this super fun challenge a try!!!
