Hi friends! I'm beyond excited to share my latest 12x12 scrapbook page using the *Spell On You* collection by Bella Blvd, featuring the Luna alphas. Spooky season is my absolute favorite, and I’ve been eyeing this collection for the longest time!
What I love most about it is the refreshing color palette—it expands on the traditional orange and black Halloween theme, giving me more fun options with purple, teal, and yellow. These colors were the perfect match for documenting a sweet memory of my daughter and me at a crafting workshop at our local library. We made stuffed felt monsters together, and it was such a fun way to bond over something we both love.
For this page, I decided to go big—literally! I’ve been really into oversized photos lately, so I created a large, elongated frame around the photo that extended towards the bottom of the layout. To add interest, I used the *Borders* cardstock, cutting out the fun border designs and mounting them on foam adhesive to wrap around the bottom of my photo frame. This added a unique decorative touch to the frame.
On the left side of the page, I added my title using one of the included die cuts and the yellow *Luna* alphas, which really popped against the background. I also got creative with some spooky balloon designs, using the phrases “Eek!” and “Fun!” and tied them off with cotton twine.
Below that, I added my journaling along with a tiny collage for a bit more storytelling.
I love how easily everything came together with this collection—it makes coordinating so effortless!
