Hi friends! I'm here with my last layout for Bella Blvd. What a wonderful year it has been designing for them. Thank you to all of you who have come by the blog to check out my creations each month. This week the Creative Team is having a free for all again and I went all out with some of my favorite Bella Blvd products - Bella Besties, Florence Alphas, and heart stickers. Here it is:
This truly was a fun and easy layout to put together. I started with a piece of 12" x 12" white cardstock. I cut out a large heart and used it to trace an outline of that heart on the white cardstock. This helped me place my circles in the right place. Next, I took five pieces of the Bella Besties Heart & Ombre paper in the following colors: Peep, Cotton Candy, Orange, Bell Pepper, and Blueberry. I used a 1" circle punch and cut out several circles in all the colors. To create my heart, I added the circles all the way around the outline with tape runner. Then I folded the rest of the circles in half and added them on top of the circles with tape runner. Once they are secure you can kind of bend them and play with them so that they stand up better. I love the added dimension they give to the layout.
I added my photo and patterned paper (Balloon Ride) to the middle of the heart with some foam tape. Now I decided to fill in the heart with some stamping and the Puffy Stickers from the Trinkets sets. The colors match perfectly to the Bella Besties papers. I did my best to fill in all the gaps - the more the merrier, right?
The only thing left to do was to add my titles using the Florence Alphas in black. I can't even count how many sheets of these alphas I've bought over the last few years. They are truly my favorite. I curved the title around the top and on the right side of the heart. They are the perfect ending to any layout.
