Happy Monday, Bella friends. How are we already in February?! Wasn't it just New Year's?! I don't ever know how time moves this fast, haha!
Anyway, Sarah (@redoaklines) here, and I'm sharing a layout using some of the My Candy Girl collection coupled with Hearts & Ombre papers.
Here's how I felt inspired:
To start off, I cut out the Bella Sweet Friends cut file out of the purple Hearts & Ombre paper for my title. [Don't forget that all Bella cut files can be found in the Silhouette Design store, and there's a ton to choose from!] I love how the ombre side of the papers look amazing with the cut files. The gradual change in color looks so cool, and the backside of the ombre paper is hearts, which work well when filling the open/negative spaces of the letters.
I can't seem to get enough of the cuteness of the My Candy Girl collection. I couldn't resist with all of the cute embellishments in this line.
For instance, how adorable is that little pig with the cotton candy. I found that one in the Ephemera Icon die cut pack, and there's so many more sweet, critters to help embellish your projects.
And let's just talk about how adorable this unicorn Bella Pop is! I couldn't help but use it on this layout of my kids with one of their good friends.
Lastly, I wanted to share that my background paper is actually a Hearts & Ombre paper. I love that it ties in so perfectly with the My Candy Girl collection. It's a subtle pink, so it doesn't take away from the fun patterns in this collection.
Don't you think that the My Candy Girl collection and the Hearts and Ombre collection are a SWEET match?! Pun totally intended, haha. Okay, okay - I couldn't help myself. It was too easy, hehe.
Anyway, that's all I have for now. As always, thanks for following along.
Until next time,
