Hi, Bella friends! It's me Sarah (@redoaklines) back on the blog today. How's your summer going?! Can you believe we are already in August?! Anyway, today I'm bringing you some summery goodness mashed up with the latest You Are My Sunshine collection.
Here's what I came up with:
If you've looked into this collection, you'll see that it's perfect for all of those summery photos - pool day photos are a plus, heh! There's lots of cute images of sunglasses, rainbows, bees, hearts, flowers, etc. - all of the fun summery (and all year round) stuff to use on your everyday projects.
For my title, I wanted to use something big and bold, so I used the You Are My Sunshine Cut Outs. There's lots of vibrant patterned papers in this collection, so I knew they'd look great behind each of the letters in this specific Cut Out.
But seriously... how cute are these papers and embellishments? I'm swooning over all of it.
Right on top of the "Summer" Cut Out, I added that "Hello" Ciao chips to give my layout dimension. I love how layering even your embellishment really brings your project to life.
Also, did you know that Bella has an assortment of washi tape designs? Yup, they all coordinate with all of the collections too! I love that washi tape create a fun, crafty look for your projects. On this 12x12 layout, I added a small strip above my photos. Don't you just love how something so simple adds so much?!
