Happy Saturday, Bella fans! Tomorrow's Easter, and we're prepping for it over at my house. We still do baskets and egg hunts. Anyone else?
Anyway, I felt it would be fun to get into the Easter spirit and create a project using the Easter basket cut file in the Silhouette Design store. Here's what I came up with:
I thought it would be fun to create a layout based on the idea of filling it with a cluster of fun, so I "filled" a basket with a photo and a bunch of flower clusters from the Home Sweet Home collection.
I really loved the look of the basket in this cut file; it totally reminded me of a wicker basket with all of the rectangles in the design.
For my title, I used the Springtime Title cut file and some Ciao chipboard.
Oh, and one of my favorite little additions to this layout are the washi tape hearts. I ripped up the washi tape to add scattered heart embellishments. It's such an easy thing to add, and it adds so much color to your project.
And that's all the springtime inspiration I've got for you today! I hope it brought you some springtime warmth. If you end up creating something, we'd love to see it. Don't forget to share your finished projects with us on our Facebook page. We'd love to see it!
And as always, thanks for reading through my post today! It's totally appreciated. I love getting to create and share my creativity with you all.
Until next time,
Sarah.
