Bella Blvd Studio Blog: Spring Week Day 1

Happy Spring Week from Tegan everyone! I hope everyone is experiencing beautiful weather these days! Spring has definitely arrived in my neck of the woods and I am ready for it! I was all too happy to create a layout inspired by spring this week. I documented a day that we got rained on during vacation a couple years back...come take a look!

I started by using the cloud patterned Play Time Patterned Paper from the Cooper collection because well...clouds! I lined the top of the page with two rows of the fun blue Bella Blvd Squiggle Washi Tape and accented it with a chipboard butterfly from the Home Sweet Home Collection. I LOVE having the Bella Blvd Cut-Outs on hand even though I have an electronic die cut machine. I was super happy that I had the clouds from the Over the Rainbow Cut-Outs because my die cut machine isn't working properly this week. Cut-Outs to the rescue!

I used my favorite patterned papers from the Home Sweet Home Collection to back the clouds Cut-Out. I then used some Home Sweet Home word sentiment die cuts to embellish the clouds. I love how this turned out and the extra layer of color that the tabs add! I used the little heart stickers from the McIntosh Florence Alphabet stickers as accents around the page.

I used fun patterned papers from the Home Sweet Home Collection to anchor my photo. I used the Florence Alphabet Stickers in Punch to start creating the title on a chipboard cloud from the Home Sweet Home Collection. I then used the 'FUN' chipboard from Home Sweet Home to complete the title. I added a little dimension to it using the the enamel dots from the Pretty in Pink Heart Hugs.
