Hey friends! Brianna Lepper here today with a fun layout focusing on the Bella Blvd acrylic words and shapes embellishments. I absolutely LOVE these pieces as titles and they add dimension and interest to your projects. For this layout, I combined both the Squeeze The Day and Chloe collections. The photo I used is of my two boys using a cat filter and I thought it would be fun to combine the two collections. Here's what I made:
I was completely inspired by both the "Adorable" and "Sweet" acrylic words and based a lot of my layout off of those two pieces. I made them my title and added onto it using the Florence Alphas in Punch.
Then, I took the Hearts & Ombre paper in Punch and used the ombre side to blend on a few Distress Oxide ink pads with a stencil from my stash. While this mixed media is fairly subtle, it still gives my page a little something in the background. I trimmed the paper down and adhered it to the graph side of the Freehand Graph and Dot paper in Oyster and ran it through my sewing machine to create a fun border.
Next, I matted my photo using a few of the 6x6 papers from the Chloe collection and distressed the edges of each layer. Then I trimmed a few strips of paper from the Squeeze The Day collection and folded them in a messy accordion style and ran them through my sewing machine. I layered the pieces right under my photo and used them as a shelf for my other embellishments.
Squeeze The Day has the cutest strawberry and heart acrylic shapes so I layered those up with a few different ephemera die cuts and a Ciao Chip sticker from Chloe.
Lastly, I added in some epoxy heart stickers, matte enamels and white acrylic paint splatters to finish the page off. I think this step may be one of my favorites!
