Happy Valentine’s Week!
I love this week. I love this theme. I love Valentine’s. Ever since I was a little girl Valentine’s has been my favorite holiday. All the pink, hearts, sparkles, chocolate! Where can you go wrong! This week I am sharing some fun Valentine’s cards I created using different elements from Squeeze the Day, Chloe, and more. Plus I made some fun little toppers for Candy treat bags for the kiddos.
I love scrapbooking and mini albums. However one of the things that really got me involved in paper crafting is card making. I love how you can give someone happy mail with just a couple patterned papers, stickers, and embellishments.
I have fallen in love with slim line cards this year. They have grown so popular and for great reasons. Something different, lots of room to write your note inside, extra room to embellish the front. This card I used the adorable heart paper from the chloe line paired with ‘love you most’ from the chloe chipboard. I used Bella Besties as my base and also added some epoxy hearts for some added texture and dimension.
I love how perfect all the sentiments in squeeze the day are for Valentine’s Day. They are sweet and perfect for kids, friends, and significant others. I love how the black petite print makes the strawberries pop on this A2 size card. I used the strawberry Bella pop to give some extra dimension along side the fun puffy hearts.
Bella has some amazing products that are perfect for creating Valentine’s treats and goodies. So many hearts, bright colors, and of course the heart & ombré Bella Besties are absolutely perfect.
For the sweet treat toppers, I cut a patterned paper to 3.5”x4” and folded in half. I then sandwiched it to the top of the treat bag. Added some embellishments and have the perfect sweet and simple treat for Valentine’s Day. Those heart hugs! Absolutely perfect!
