Bella Blvd Studio Blog: Lil' Monster

Hey Bella Fans! It's Dorymar, this week I was inspired by the October Mood Board. I'm excited to share a new layout using the Monsters & Friends collection mixed with the Bella Besties.

Please take a look at the Mood Board. This Mood Board has many beautiful bright colors and patterns popping out in black and white.

For this layout, I decided to work with the beautiful color palette and the balloons included in the pictures. First, I decided to use the picture in the center as my page map.

I tried to pick papers from the 6x6 Bella Besties paper pad that matched with the colors of the mood board and with a few sizes of circle punches, I cut many circles to create the top of my layout. I love the dimension and to add it, I created many pieces of origami circles. This brings a fun look and adorable dimension. To finish it I added the beautiful matte enamel dots included in the collection in the center of my circles. They look fantastic!

As the layout is full of bright colors, I decided to use my photos in black and white, this makes them stand out even more and allows me to continue with the pattern of the Mood Board. As a background for my photo, I used the Lil' Pumpkins patterned paper and the Fun Facts patterned paper, then I added a few of the coolest monsters from the collection to create a fun cluster on the right side of my page.

To create my title, I used the Aria Alphabet Puffy Stickers (Peep) and I underlined it using the chevron pattern that includes one of the Bella Black Chevies Clear Cuts, this gave the perfect touch to highlight the title.

I love using the mood board as inspiration and the result of this beautiful page. I hope you enjoyed it and that this inspires you to use it with the fantastic Bella BLVD papers.
