Bella Blvd Studio Blog: Autumn

Hey there Bella Blvd. friends!

Nathalie with you today with a new project all about the most beautiful season, Fall. I keep very detailed daily family albums ( TN sized), and during this time of the year, I tend to take lots of pictures of our outdoor walks. I decided to create a new insert for my album (hoping to fill it with more memories as the season goes on).

I started this section with a few pictures of my daughter on one of our recent walks. I blew up the image of my daughter walking along the river path, and added a few embellishments from the Let's Go on an Adventure collection.

Since my idea is adding more images of our walks, I created a pocket insert from the Clear Cuts Chevron in black to create the pocket for my album. All I needed was a scoring board to go ahead and construct the pocket to fit in the album.

For the front of the pocket, I used the Autumn cut file ( design # 332732) to cut two of the titles from white cardstock, and backed the space with the Ombre/Hearts Bella Besties paper in Orange. I set it on the front of the pocket and added a few embellishments from the Sweet and Spooky collection and stickers from the Let's Go on an Adventure collection.

I created two large tags to hold a picture and story. This time, I used papers from the same collections, and made sure they stacked nicely in the pocket; this helps with easy access to the tags.

I repeated some of the same embellishments that I used in the photo and front of the pocket when it came to embellishing the tags. I made sure that they both complemented the colors of the large picture.
