Hello Bella Fans! It is Dorymar here today! Classes started a few days ago and it has been something different than usual, but it is essential to document it. In my case, my two girls are taking online classes and they are not wearing their uniforms or using backpacks but in some way or another I have to document it, and what better way to do it than with a beautiful mini album. Today I share with you a project to document the back to School of 2020.
The album is made from scratch and to do it, I used the beautiful Pop Quiz collection, chipboard, and black cardstock. To make the title of the cover, I used the Bella Blvd digital file "School Time" (id # 326431).
I used different patterned papers from the Pop Quiz collection to fill in the letters of the digital file and also incorporated the glasses file from Bella's Silhouette Store (id#326427) and filled it with one of the cards included in the “Daily Details paper”. To decorate the background, I used several die cuts included in the chipboards and in the ephemera pack. The top of the album looks great!
I combined the Pop Quiz Collection with “Graph and Dot Black” paper and used it to cover the base of the album. I wanted to create a fun book spine and for that, I used a piece of cardstock that measures 1.5x4.75 and covered it with “Goofing Off” paper, then I added some eyelets and put twine with a beautiful button, this gives it a special a fun look.
The album has a total of 6 pages, plus the front and back cover this is plenty of space for photos, memories, decoration, and fun. The Pop Quiz collection is full of beautiful and colorful designs that are perfect for documenting our children's wonderful school days whether it’s at home or at school.
In the album I made flaps and some pockets to add more space and fun, all the pages were covered with the patterned papers from the collection and I also incorporated yellow and red Bella Besties papers. Each of the pages is dedicated to different subjects and others are dedicated to different activities. All are perfect for the occasion.
On every page, I layered several papers, die cuts, stickers, and chipboard to add beautiful dimensions.
As a personal touch, I added some index cards in my pocket for journaling and used various tabs included in the ephemera pack. I loved the result!
I hope you enjoyed this project and it inspires you to create one of your own using the fantastic Pop Quiz Collection, thanks for stopping by! Happy Crafting!
