Hi everyone, Lauren Seals here today sharing a fun back to school layout featuring a few different fun cut files that go with this fun Bella school line! I know this school year is anything but ordinary for many but that just means it’s even more fun to document and what better way than with a fun 12x12 layout!
Here is my Back to school layout:
To begin this layout I first chose which silhouette Bella cut files I wanted to use to create my layout. I ended up choosing the book stack, glasses, Apple, as well as the word school that came from the school time cut file.
I knew I wanted a focal point to be my book stack so I made them big enough that I would be able to add my Florence alphas on there for some added color and dimension on the spines of the books. These fun books I think are my favorite cut file used the this page, although that Apple is awfully cute!
Once I stacked my layers for my different sized books I wanted to apple to be a another focus point so I made the scale slightly larger than my books. I did this as well with the glasses.
I then began adding all my school themed words and then adhered my photo may before added the rest of my pieces.
I then added my fun little embellishment cluster to my bottom right hand corner. Adding my glasses cut file along with some fun stickers and chipboard pieces.
i finished off the layout by add my School cut file piece to the top that I use one of the fun patterned papers from this school like to give some more dimension as well as those fun school icons and elements.
For those families out there struggling with all the changes to this school year I wish you the best and hope maybe documenting and creating your school memories in such a cut way could bring some joy to the situation! Thank you for checking out my latest project and I look forward to sharing again soon.
