Hi everyone! Corri here today sharing a layout documenting one of my daughter's favorite traditions. Every year at her elementary school, they celebrate Thanksgiving with a big feast. The students enjoy dressing up in either Pilgrim or Native American costumes. This photo was taken last year and was Gabriele's last year at her beloved little school so I wanted to make a page to remember this fun tradition.
I used paper from the Gratitude Documented Collection and my Silhouette Cameo to create my layout. I cut a variety of fall leaves and then added dimension to the leaves by folding them in half. I also inked the edges of the leaves with distress ink.
I cut the "Thanksgiving" part of the title with my Cameo using the Darling Font from Lori Whitlock. The white border was made with the offset feature in the Silhouette Studio software. I added the "feast" with Florence Alphas.
I added a few pieces of ephemera, some stickers and hearts to finish off my layout.
Thanks so much for stopping by!
