Happy Saturday everyone! Erica with you today sharing a fun and colorful layout using the new Home Sweet Home collection. I started out with a cut file from The Cut Shoppe and backed it with some of the papers in the Home Sweet Home collection. I used one of my small circle punches to punch out all the pieces I needed so this made it super easy to back.
This week the team has been sharing projects focusing on important women in our life! I wanted to create a layout about my Tia Janie! She is like a bonus mom to me. I spent so much time with her from when I was really young until a few years ago. She has always lived close to me but recently moved down to Texas. I miss her so much but we still get to text and have coffee chats over the phone.
This collection was perfect to document one of my favorite photos of the two of us! I love how colorful this cut file frame turned out! I printed my photo out in black and white and popped it up in the center of the frame. I pulled out the beautiful acrylic hearts and added them all around the photo. These are the perfect little embellishment.
I added a little strip of journaling to the frame as well and added a few embellishments from the die cut packs. I popped these up on some foam adhesive for a little dimension. The Home Sweet Home collection is perfect to document so many moments! It is a must have collection for sure! Here is a look at my completed layout featuring the Home Sweet Home collection.
Thanks so much for stopping by today and I hope you enjoyed my layout and are inspired to use some pattern papers to back a cut file! Have a wonderful day!
