Washi Tape Stash Buster Idea with Becki Adams

Happy Monday Bella Blvd friends and fans, Becki here, to share a fun washi tape stash buster idea with you. Raise your hand if you have a LOT of washi tape in your stash. I know I have many many rolls of washi tape that I need to put into good use. I did make a dent in my washi tape stash with this layout and I had so much fun creating it! I started this layout with a white cardstock background that I die cut stars into. I chose basic stars in a variety of sizes in a curve shape on the left side of the layout. Then, under the stars, I inlaid a LOT of washi tape strips. The washi tape on this layout comes from several Bella Blvd collections. When I was choosing washi tape, I chose a variety of colors, patterns, and sizes. You can see how this layout comes together in the process video over on the Bella Blvd YouTube channel.

As I mentioned in the video, I used a wide variety of washi tape from many different collections. The rest of the supplies that I used on this layout are from the Secrets of the Sea (both boy and girl) collections. Even though, I don't live anywhere near the ocean, nor do I have any ocean photos. I have found so many uses for these collections. I've had so much fun playing with them! Not only did I use a lot of washi tape on this layout, I used a lot of puffy stickers as well. I love the Blueberry Puffy Stars stickers and have almost used an entire package already! Because I really wanted the washi tape stars to take center stage on this layout, I kept the embellishments to a minimum. The layout did need a few embellishments on the right hand side to balance the busyness of the stars.
