Unlimited Inspiration: Illustrated Faith Scrapbooking - She Blooms Collection

We hope you've been enjoying all of the project inspiration we've shared over the last two weeks! We're not done yet though! All this week, we will continue to provide you with endless inspiration with never-before-seen projects that were featured in our CHA Winter booth display. Our Creative Team has been very busy creating oodles of project ideas with all of the new collections and products, and we are excited to finally share them with you!

When I saw these ADORABLE enamel hearts I knew I wanted a page FULL of them to express this HUGE love between my husband and his children. I love the impact they had on the page!

I was blown away by the She Blooms collection, the colors are so amazing and each piece is so fun to create with. I began my layout with a picture of my daughter and I and a 3x4 card to establish my "photo block" as I like to call it. This is my building block and from this point I build up layers with color. I used some of the green pieces to bookend my block and from there I pulled my layout in a vertical direction with the fun puffy hearts perfect for adding color. I scattered some word phrases included in the Paper Pieces in the different floral groupings forming a visual triangle and pulling your eyes around the complete layout.

“Grow in His Grace” card, by Laurie Schmidlin.

I couldn’t decide which papers to use on my card, so I chose several! I really do love the mix of patterns and colors in the new She Blooms collection! After choosing three different papers, I did a little messy stitching and roughed up the edges a bit. I cut a long tag out of the Take Root Clear Cut and stitched it on at the top of the card. I created a cluster focal image by layering on several She Blooms Paper Pieces. I embellished with some stickers from the Treasures & Text sheet and a few Illustrated Faith Enamel Hearts.
