It's always been fun to browse thru Pinterest, looking at the endless ideas and inspirational images that are out there. Our designers always enjoy taking whatever image we provide them, and using it in whatever way inspires them the most as they work on their projects. It's amazing to see how many different ideas and designs can be inspired by just one image.

“En fin sommer dag”, by Christin Grønnslett.
I love finding inspiration on Pinterest when my inspiration is low and I need to find a good starting point for a project. Usually it’s the colors used, a special product or a sketch that I get inspired by, but for this Pinterest picture inspired me to go outside my comfort zone. I am not into straight lines or other things than square photos, so I had to mix it up a little by adding triangles to the many lines and I wanted to show that you can always add some mixed media into all kinds of layouts. I even changed the threads and used my sewing machine that is always standing right in front of me, but I forget to use. Must say it feels strange to fill up the entire page with paper. That is something I rarely do. I hope this image too will inspire you to outside your comfort zone and create something amazing.

"Best Of Summer", by Jennie McGarvey.
I loved the way the streamers resembled strips and thought that would translate well to a fun layout. I wanted to take the strips idea and use it with fun, summery papers. These papers are so fun and really said summer fun!

“Dream Big” card, by Julia Akinina.
I was inspired by this beautiful image. I loved the stripes and circles which i noticed in it and I decided to use these forms on my card. I took the color palette of the image: I choose the sheets of paper from different Bella Blvd collections. I wanted to create the dimension on my card so I used circles and enamel dots as the second layer. Finally I picked up the sentiment from the "Just Add Color!" collection sticker sheet and stuck it on the die-cut white star. I think my card with all these stripes and circles is a pretty good copy on this inspiring Pinterest image.

Family Frenzy: Here We Grow, Donut Day; Fresh Market: Borders; Just Add Color: Treasures & Text; Enamel Dots: Guacamole, Blueberry, Punch
These are gorgeous! LOVING how Julia interpreted the challenge onto a card!!!!!!
