“In My Heart”, by Jennifer Chapin.
Recently we lost our family dog of 12 years. While it has been difficult, I immediately thought that the release of this collection was perfect to make a page in memory of our sweet dog. Before he passed, I did a little photo shoot with him out in the yard so I would have some pictures to remember him by, and now I'm really glad I did. I used patterned paper for the background, with a vellum overlay to make the pattern a little more subtle. For the title, I used the Amorie chipboard alphas, with a chipboard heart in place of the 'a'. The sentiments on the stickers in this collection were perfect for this layout also. I hope you can get your hands on this collection; it really is perfect to document our pets which hold such a special place in our hearts!
Supplies:
Rover: Give a Dog a Bone, Puppy Prints, Borders, Daily Details, Treasures & Text, Trinkets Stickers; Riley: Borders; Amorie Chipboard Alpha: White; Enamel Dots: Milk White
“Hey! You're Sweet” card, by Jennifer Chapin.
It's easy to think that the new Rover collection would work for scrapbook layouts and mini albums, but did you know that it is perfect for cards as well? The Daily Details patterned paper includes many elements that work with cards too. I used a few of the 2" squares, popped up with foam adhesive. I added a sentiment with the McIntosh Amorie chipboard alphabet and new Little Bits stickers. Finished off with a scalloped sticker border, this is a cute card to give to a friend!
Supplies:
Rover: Loyal, Puppy Prints, Daily Details, Treasures & Text, Trinkets; Amorie Chipboard Alphas: McIntosh; Little Bits: McIntosh; Ciao Chip Elements: Hearts & Stars; Enamel Dots: Milk White; Enamel DooDads: Blueberry
“Woof” card, by Laurie Schmidlin.
We are such a dog loving family (we have three) and I was thrilled when I saw the new Rover Collection! Those sweet doggie faces on several of the papers and stickers make my heart melt! I created an all-occasion card using several of the new papers and stickers! I spelled out the "woof" title using the Amorie Guacamole chipboard letters.
Supplies:
Rover: Dog Show, Give A Dog A Bone, Treasures & Text, Trinkets; Amorie Chipboard Alpha: Guacamole
