“My Whole World”, by Stephanie Buice.
As much as I like all the new collections in this release I have to admit that Color Chaos is my favorite. I‘m a sucker for stripes and dots so it’s not easy to see why this collection is my number one. I love how you can mix and match to your heart’s delight and still have so many more possibilities.
Supplies:
Color Chaos: Ice Strandz, Orange Strandz, Oreo Black Standz, Bell Pepper Standz, Pickle Juice Strandz, Blueberry Strandz, McIntosh Strandz, Scallop Strandz, Daily Details, Treasures & Text, Trinkets; Star Student: Chipboard Icons; Clear Cuts: Ice Confetti; Ciao Chips: Borders, Hearts & Stars, Symbols, WhatNots; Enamel Dots: Bell Pepper, Guacamole, McIntosh, Oreo Black, Milk White, Blueberry, Ice
“Count Your Blessings”, by Becki Adams.
I think when all moms count their blessings their children are at the top of their lists. This layout documents a few of the reasons why I could my kids as blessings in my life. The color chaos collection makes it easy to make a bold layout that will surely stand out in my kids albums.
Supplies:
Color Chaos: Orange Strandz, Ice Strandz, McIntosh Strandz, Words of Wisdom, Treasures & Text, Just Write Journaling, Trinkets; Ciao Chip: Hearts & Stars, Symbols; Amorie Chipboard Icons: McIntosh
“Best Version of You” card, by Shellye McDaniel.
Use simple-shaped die-cuts to give a different look to journal cards. Here, I die-cut a mat from a Clear Cut sheet and then layered it on top patterned paper, which was cut the same size. The red enamel heart gave a pop of color to the journal card and the bottom was softened with the addition of a Bella Bow.
Supplies:
Color Chaos: Oreo Black Strandz, Gulf Strandz, Daily Details, Words of Wisdom, Trinkets; Clear Cut: Ice Confetti; Enamel DooDads: McIntosh; Bella Bows: Ice
“Count Your Blessings” card, by Shellye McDaniel.
By placing two of the diagonal striped patterns going in the opposite direction, an eye-catching herringbone pattern is created. The journal card is so beautifully done in color and fonts, so only a couple of embellishments were needed to complete the card. A small section of the scalloped border sticker was added with foam adhesive.
Supplies:
Color Chaos: Gulf Strandz, Peep Strandz, Orange Strandz, Just Write Journaling, Trinkets, Treasures & Text; Simply Spring: Chipboard Icons; Enamel Dots: Ice
"Celebrate Today" card, by Shellye McDaniel.
Cut a mat to be the same height as the 3X4 journal card; center the journal card horizontally and then flank each side with pieces of the scalloped border sticker. Adding enamel dots to the centers of the scallops gives extra dimension and also draws attention to the outline of the shape. Embellish with a cute chipboard shape and the card is complete!
Supplies:
Color Chaos: McIntosh Strandz, Ice Strandz, Words of Wisdom, Treasures & Text; Ciao Chipboard: Flowers & Clouds; Enamel Dots: Bell Pepper
These are all gorgeous! LOVING the stars on Stephanie's and Becki's lo's ... and loving Shellye's cards!!!!
