We hope you're ready to be inspired! We are back this week, providing you with endless inspiration with never-before-seen projects that were featured in our CHA Winter booth display. Our Design Team has been very busy creating oodles of project ideas with all of the new collections and products, and we are excited to finally share them with you!
“Hello”, by Becki Adams.
I fell in love with these bows before I even had them in my hands. I love the bold colors and the soft texture of the felt. I knew I wanted to use lots and lots of these bows in lots of different colors on the same project. I wanted to document how these two little girls are the best of friends. The bold colorful bows make this layout stand out!
Supplies:
Color Chaos: Oreo Black Strandz, Daily Details, Treasures & Text, Just Write Journaling, Trinkets; Felt Bows: McIntosh, Ice, Bell Pepper, Gulf, Punch, Cotton Candy, Blueberry, Pickle Juice, Saltwater
“Love This”, by Jennifer Chapin.
The new felt bows are a perfect addition to any layout, and I love that they come in lots of different colors to coordinate with Bella’s patterned papers. For this layout I used a grid design and layered patterned paper and a bow on each square, stitching the edges for added texture. I made sure to color coordinate the bows for a rainbow effect.
Supplies:
Color Chaos: Daily Details, Ice Strandz, Gulf Strandz, Treasures & Text; Star Student: Art Journal; Clear Cuts: Blueberry Confetti; Invisibles: First Love; Bella Bows: Blueberry, Cotton Candy, Gulf, Bell Pepper, Oreo Black, McIntosh, Milk White
“Ella Clair”, by Lisa Dickinson.
The felt bows are such a great textural accent and I knew the pale pink, blue and white would be a perfect on a sweet baby page. I cut several layers of paper “bunting” and positioned the bows at each peak. The gray confetti Clear Cut was slipped beneath my bunting to add just a bit of sheen and pattern.
Supplies:
Color Chaos: Peep Strandz, Oreo Black Strandz; Clear Cuts: Scallop Confetti; Ciao Chip: Hearts & Stars, Flowers & Clouds; Felt Bows: Milk White, Ice, Cotton Candy; Enamel DooDads: Cotton Candy
“Let’s Go On An Adventure” card, by Laurie Schmidlin.
I squealed out loud when I saw the new Bella Bows! Making cards is already so fun and easy with all of the coordinating products available for each collection, and now there are matching bows! Yes! This card was so fun to make! I combined three different patterned papers (from the Color Chaos collection) together to create the background. The focal image is from the Just Write Journaling Stickers sheet. And then there is that gorgeous Oreo Black felt bow…the perfect embellishment!
Supplies:
Color Chaos: Bell Pepper Strandz, Oreo Black Strandz, Peep Strandz, Just Write Journaling Stickers; Bella Bows: Oreo Black
“Happy Heart” card, by Laurie Schmidlin.
One of the things that I wanted to do when I saw the new Bella Bows is to create a card that looked like a gift with one of the bows as the focal point! I did just that for this card, using some Simply Spring paper and a coordinating Simply Spring Ciao Chip Icons chipboard heart!
Supplies:
Simply Spring: Hippity Hop, Borders, Chipboard Icons; Bella Bows: Punch
“Happy Easter” card, by Shellye McDaniel.
Use any of the Bella Blvd “Borders” papers to create an all-in-one background and sentiment for a 6X6 card. For this card, I added a swag border of the Bell Pepper Bella Bows and accented the centers with a medium sized Enamel Dot. Bella Bows are made of a slightly stiff felt, so they will hold up beautifully on a card that will be handled a lot.
Supplies:
Simply Spring: Borders, Spring Patchwork; Ciao Chip: Flowers & Clouds; Bella Bows: Bell Pepper; Enamel Dots: Ice
Wow! These are all fantastic! Loving these little bows! :)
