Welcome to "What's New Wednesday"! Every Wednesday, our designers will be sharing projects using the latest and greatest products from Bella Blvd. Especially our newest collections, which our designers are having so much fun creating with!
“Pina”, by Stephanie Smokovich.
The "Pina" (pee*nuh) title is a nickname for my cousin, Josephine. When she was little I babysat her weekly, calling her Pina, doing arts and crafts, playing basketball and swimming in the lake. I blinked and she was 18. Loved her classic senior pictures, so I documented them here with the Molly collection. And yes, I know I spelled "Senior 2012" wrong. A layout wouldn't be mine if I didn't have a typo … oh well :)
Supplies:
Molly: Sketch with Style, Borders, Sparkle & Shine, Treasures & Text, Paper Pieces; Sienna Chipboard Alphas: Pickle Juice; Button Market: Pink Flowers, Gulf Squares; Crochet Flowers: Poppy; Designer Tape: Gulf Dot, Hot Pink Dot
"Look Who's Five", by Jennifer Edwardson.
I don't know about all of you but I have LOTS of pics of both my kids from several years back. These ones of Alex on his 5th birthday have been in my 'to do' pile for some time now and the Tiny Tots collection had a color scheme that was exactly what I'd been waiting for. Love how this all came together with the John Deere tractor and the little frogs too ... so cute!
Supplies:
Tiny Tots: Love To Learn , One Fish Two Fish, Watch Me Grow, Trinkets, Treasures & Text, Paper Pieces; Sienna Chipboard Alphas: Pickle Juice
“Flower Power” card, by Morgan Bandkowski.
The snapshots collection is so fun with the bright colors & floral patterns. I enjoy adding designer tape to my cards, it's super easy to use & looks like a strip of pattern paper. I added a paper punched heart on top of the designer tape for the final touch. This card is perfect for almost any occasion.
Supplies:
Snapshots: Rise & Shine; Designer Tape: Navy Dot
“Boo Buddies” card, by Morgan Bandkowski.
I love this 3x4 card off the daily details page so I made the whole card around it. I used black ink on all the layers to distress the pieces a bit.
Supplies:
Halloween Magic: Pumpkin Parade, Goblin Treats, Daily Details
These are all FABULOUS!!! And I am loving that Stephanie spelled Senior wrong! LOL! :) We all have our moments :)
