Project Life is everywhere these days, in many shapes and forms. Whether you create full Project Life albums, a few Project Life inspired layouts/spreads here and there, or even simply working Project Life style products (such as Bella's new Daily Details papers) onto your everyday layouts, there are so many ways to incorporate this popular style into your designs. We are asking our designers to be inspired by Project Life, and show us how they work that inspiration onto their own pages.
Birthday Pocket Page, by Jennifer Chapin.
Today I have a pocket page to share with you all using the Tiny Tots collection. I used an 8.5x11 sized pocket page protector and printed my photos using PSE with a white border so I could add text. Chipboard embellishments are perfect touches to pocket pages; most times I add them to the outside of the pocket so I don't get that bulge inside.
*** This is my last post as a design team member here at Bella Blvd! I want to thank Stephanie and Laura for being so awesome over the past 2 years, and it is bittersweet for me as I will miss this team so much! I have made many new friends and of course have gotten to work with some of the best products in the industry. Thanks again for having me.
Supplies:
Tiny Tots: Love to Learn, One Fish Two Fish, Daily Details, Paper Pieces; Scattered Sprinkles: Oreo Sprinkles; Ciao Chip Elements: Stars & Hearts
“Week 34”, by Leanne Allinson.
The color theme for my Project Life this week is inspired by my photos. The navy and yellow was my starting point, but I wanted to add hints of green and turquoise to represent the start of the seasonal change from Winter to Spring here in the Southern Hemisphere. But even as we approach spring and the fresh colors it brings, it hasn't stopped me from using the new Hello Autumn collection in my photo pockets! The Hello Autumn Icons for example, were perfect to help document our new vegetable garden and to remind me how my youngest has chosen to grow pumpkins. I like to use such embellishments, like the pumpkin chipboard image, to boost memory recollection. If I don't have the room to write it down a lot of details, it sometimes helps me to have visual clues.
Supplies:
Hello Autumn: Day Dream, Daily Details, Trinkets, Icons, Paper Pieces; Tiny Tots: Treasures & Text; Lucky Starz: Bell Pepper Starz, Candid Cards; Family Forever: Candid Cards; Molly: Candid Cards, Treasures & Text; Classic Calendars: Bell Pepper Calendar; Summer Squeeze: Daily Details; Sand N Surf: Paradise; Playdate: Captions; Crochet Hearts: Pickle Juice; Flags: Thank You; High Five Alphabets: Black-White
These are all fabulous!! LOVING the photos and the color schemes!!!
