“Autumn Love”, by Kay Rogers.
I love fall. It’s one of the best things about living in Michigan, almost making up for the winters. LOL! I went with a grid approach, keeping the design simple.
Supplies:
Hello Autumn: Falling Into Fall, Autumn Floral, Borders, Treasures & Text, Trinkets, Paper Pieces, Chipboard Icons
“Give Thanks”, by Jennifer Chapin.
I had printed this photo of my daughter and her cousin many months ago and with the Hello Autumn line coming out, this was the perfect chance to scrapbook it. I love the Gatherings woodgrain patterned paper and knew I wanted to use this as my background. I also added a mixture of chipboard elements and Paper Pieces to the top of the page to add a bit of whimsy. I can't wait to use this collection more this fall!
Supplies:
Hello Autumn: Falling into Fall, Gatherings, Perfect Pick, Daily Details, Treasures & Text, Paper Pieces, Chipboard Icons
“Explore”, by Shelly McDaniel.
I had the pleasure of snapping some photos of this little guy at our Family Fun Day a couple of months ago. He was so engrossed in picking through the grass and studied everything that his fingers came across :) For the layout I incorporated one of the Kiwi Lane Bracket templates and actually used the negative cut and attached it to the top of the page. I cut the red star paper the same height as the wallet-sized photos and then added it with foam adhesive. And I LOVE the new Amorie Alphabets. They have such a cute personality and are perfect for kids' pages!
Supplies:
Tiny Tots: Trinkets, Treasures & Text, Toy Chest, Alphabet Soup, Love to Learn, Borders, Sweet & Sassy, Chipboard Icons; Button Market: Bursts; Amorie Chipboard Alphas: McIntosh
“Goblin Treats” card, by Laurie Schmidlin.
This just might be my most favorite Halloween color combo ever! I love the black, gray, white, & teal in the new Halloween Magic collection so much! To age the heart focal image (from the Halloween Magic Paper Pieces), I sanded the edges a bit. To carry out the distressed/aged theme even more, I roughed up the edges of the paper and spritzed on some gray ink all over the finished card.
Supplies:
Halloween Magic: Funny Bones, Paper Pieces, Trinkets; Crochet Hearts: Scallop; Button Market: Masculine Mix
"Grows & Grows” card, by Laurie Schmidlin.
I absolutely love that there are both boy and girl papers included in the new Tiny Tots collection! I chose to create a pink and most definite girly card. I chose a large star Paper Piece, cut apart some of the borders and Daily Details papers, and added some matching stickers to complete my card. For embellishment, I added a crochet heart and a couple of Bella buttons.
Supplies:
Tiny Tots: Daily Details, Love to Learn, Borders, Treasures & Text, Paper Pieces, Trinkets; Crochet Hearts: Saltwater; Button Market: Fruit Punch, Hot Pink Flowers
