Project Life is everywhere these days, in many shapes and forms. Whether you create full Project Life albums, a few Project Life inspired layouts/spreads here and there, or even simply working Project Life style products (such as Bella's new Daily Details papers) onto your everyday layouts, there are so many ways to incorporate this popular style into your designs. We are asking our designers to be inspired by Project Life, and show us how they work that inspiration onto their own pages.
“Father's Day”, by Jennifer Chapin.
I wanted to try something different for this spread so I pulled out some 8.5x11 page protectors. The pockets are a bit smaller than 3x4 but it is a fun size to work with! I mostly used the Tiny Tots collection which coordinated perfectly with the photos I had. I also like to adhere my chipboard to the outside of the pocket so you don't get that bulge in the protector. Hope you try using Bella with your PL layouts soon!
Supplies:
Tiny Tots: Love to Learn, Daily Details, Treasures & Text, Trinkets, Paper Pieces, Chipboard Icons; Hello Autumn: Day Dream, Trinkets; Summer Squeeze: Wildflower; Sand & Surf: Chipboard Icons
“Life With Parkchop”, by Jen Chesnick.
Project Life was my inspiration for the start of this page and when finishing it up it certainly took a different turn. The Candid cards where my jumping off point for the start of the project life style with 2-4x6 up top and 3-3x4 in the middle which I cut the center down a bit. I then turned my 3 photos vertical instead of 2 horizontal across the bottom. You don't have to do Project Life to incorporate bits of it into your traditional layouts. Candid cards are a great way to get the look without the work!
Supplies:
Molly: Peace, Selfie, Sparkle & Shine, Treasures & Text, Trinkets, Candid Cards; Scattered Sprinkles: Ice Sprinkles
These pages are fabulous!! I love that calm/toddler journal tag! Perfection!!!
