Today we have a fun altered project to share with you. When we released the Classic Calendars colletion, we knew it wouldn't be too long before one of our designers would create an amazing year-long calendar using the calendar papers. And Jen Chesnick has done just that!
2015 Calendar, by Jen Chesnick.
Hi everyone! Jen Chesnick here today with a special project using the Classic Calendars collection. When this line came out I knew I needed to make a full size calendar. It took me a couple months, but I finally finished it! To start I sorted 12 photos and ordered prints at 12x12”. I attached the photos to the backsides of the calendar papers. When you are building it, keep in mind which way the photos will face once the page is flipped!
Once I had all my pages completed I took my calendar down to Kinkos and had them bind it for me! I don't have a binding machine, so this was totally perfect. It cost me $4 and some change and it was done in an hour. I hope you like it and create your own 2015 master piece!
Supplies:
Classic Calendars: McIntosh, Peep, Bell Pepper, Pickle Juice, Ice, Oyster, Treasures & Text; Molly: Treasures & Text, Trinkets, Candid Cards, Paper Pieces, Trinkets; Max: Treasures & Text; Family Forever: Treasures & Text, Trinkets, Paper Pieces; Lucky Starz: Treasures & Text, Trinkets; Trick or Treat: Captions, Tabs, Paper Pieces; Christmas Countdown: Captions, Paper Pieces; Baby Boy: Miniatures; Spring Flings & Easter Things: Miniatures, Chipboard Icons; Sunshine & Happiness: Miniatures; Scattered Sprinkles: Treasures & Text; Summer Squeeze: Treasures & Text; Ciao Chip Elements: Hearts & Stars, Trees
Wow! What an amazing calendar!!! I really, really love it! And I can't believe it cost so little to have it bound! Fabulous!
