“Happy Halloween”, by Jennifer Chapin.
I had been waiting for the perfect collection to document last year's Halloween photos and Halloween Magic is just the one! The colors are bright and totally showed off my pictures. I used my die cutting machine to cut circles into the Ghosties patterned paper, then had fun layering my photos and more patterned paper behind. The chipboard embellishments are super fun too.
Supplies:
Halloween Magic: Boo Buddies, Ghosties, Hocus Pocus, Funny Bones, Goblin Treats, Borders, Daily Details, Treasures & Text, Trinkets, Paper Pieces, Chipboard Icons
“Halloween”, by Becki Adams.
I started this layout with 2 clusters of embellishments, one above the photos and one to the right of the photos. I added the 'celebrate' sticker under the photo to create a visual triangle.
Supplies:
Halloween Magic: Boo Buddies, Ghosties, Hocus Pocus, Goblin Treats, Borders, Daily Details, Treasures & Text, Trinkets, Paper Pieces; Designer Tape: Blue Chevron
“Costume Party”, by Kelly Holbrook.
This is my favorite photo from last Halloween. It's random, and no thought was put into the composition, but it captures my kids' personalities perfectly :) I started the layout by pulling all of my favorite things from the Halloween Magic collection, and just played around with the design. I cut some words from the Ghosties patterned paper, and outlined the ones I wanted to be the title with a black pen.
Supplies:
Halloween Magic: Boo Buddies, Funny Bones, Borders, Ghosties, Treasures & Text, Trinkets, Paper Pieces
“Spooky Friends” card, by Laurie Schmidlin.
I absolutely adore Bella's Halloween collections, and this new one is one of my favorites! The fun colors combined with the cute images are perfect for creating Halloween projects for the whole family! I used a couple of the new Halloween Magic Paper Pieces, combined with some coordinating stickers to create my card. The neutral colors of the Ghosties background paper and matching Crochet Heart really cause the orange and black to pop!
Supplies:
Halloween Magic: Ghosties, Borders, Trinkets, Treasures & Text, Paper Pieces; Crochet Hearts: Scallop
“Scary October” card, by Laurie Schmidlin.
When I saw this large "October" image included in the Daily Details paper, I thought it would make a wonderful oversized card! The dimensions of my card are 6" wide by 4" tall. The larger size makes it easier to layer on lots of cute coordinating stickers, chipboard pieces, and stickers! I think my favorite is that super cute Ghostie with the wee little bow tie!
Supplies:
Halloween Magic: Daily Details, Treasures & Text, Trinkets, Paper Pieces, Chipboard Icons
“Happy Halloween” card, by Ashley Marcu.
It's fun to make a simple card with the Daily Details Halloween Magic journaling card page! Instead of trimming out just the journaling card I wanted, I measured and cut the paper to fit my entire card front, centering Happy Halloween and allowing the other partial cards to be the colorful frame.
Supplies:
Halloween Magic: Daily Details, Treasures & Texts
