Project Life is everywhere these days, in many shapes and forms. Whether you create full Project Life albums, a few Project Life inspired layouts/spreads here and there, or even simply working Project Life style products (such as Bella's new Daily Details papers) onto your everyday layouts, there are so many ways to incorporate this popular style into your designs. We are asking our designers to be inspired by Project Life, and show us how they work that inspiration onto their own pages.
“On Being His Momma”, by Stephanie Buice.
I decided to do my project life inspired layout about my Mother's Day. I've been at the mom gig for a little over two years now and I just have to say that it's the best ever! I can't believe how much I love being a mommy, there's nothing else that brings me as much joy. On Mother's Day we have made a little tradition of taking some selfies together. Although none of them are super quality they capture us perfectly. Hope you like what I've put together for you today.
Supplies:
Molly: Candid Cards; Lucky Starz: Candid Cards; Engaged At Last: Chipboard Icons; Designer Tapes: Chevron Combo; Classic Calendars: Treasures & Text; High Five Alpha Stickers: Black-White, Color Wheel; Max: Treasures & Text
“My Beautiful Girls”, by Jodi Wilton.
I love doing Project Life Inspired assignments because I find I tend to scrap a lot in a grid like fashion! For this layout I took a cute photo of my girls and cropped it to a 4 X 12 photo. I love using this big photo and leaving the rest of layout to embellish and layer! I cut out the word beautiful and added squares on the right hand side of the layout. I then layered on top of the squares with some Bella stickers and hearts!
Supplies:
Scattered Sprinkles: McIntosh Sprinkles, Peep Sprinkles. Oreo Sprinkles, Bell Pepper Sprinkles, Treasures & Text, Just Write Journaling; Molly: Paper Pieces; Lucky Starz: Candid Cards; Crochet Hearts: Scallop, Cotton Candy
Wow wow wow!! LOVING both of these!!! Gorgeous colors and loving the larger size journaling and photo on the sides!!!!
