I think everyone enjoys getting to peek into other designer's scraprooms, right? It's fun to see how others store and organize the same types of products and tools that so many of us have. And while many of us have totally different ways of setting up our spaces, or have totally different types of spaces that we're working with, you never know when you'll see a new way of storing or organizing products that you can incorporate into your own space.

I don’t really have a scrap room of my own. Truth is, I have a wall in our family basement. So, most of my items are organized and kind of hidden as they are in plain sight. You can see that I have just a fold up table set up in front of our computer desk, with a wall of IKEA Expedit shelving behind it. Whoever invented IKEA is amazing. I have 2 Expedit shelves side by side and pretty full with my scrap stuff and albums.
On one side, you can see that I have several paper holders that are organized for each of my DT’s and a few for my own growing stash. I love paper and these Cropper Hopper holders work perfectly for me. Since I can have 4 holders in one square of the shelf, they don’t take up alot of room and the paper rarely gets damaged. Win Win.
On the other end, I have lots of baskets, clear jars and spice holders for smaller embellishments, like flair, sequins, twine and wood veneers. These too are from IKEA. The wicker baskets are not so deep and very easy for me to dig into when needed.
My daughter loves to “pick papers” with me, so she has her own table at the end. Right now on our treadmill. Lol. She likes being up off the floor slightly and it keeps her up in her own area.
I have most of my Bella stash in a wicker basket for the embellishments and in a few Cropper Hopper holders for the stickers, chipboard and paper lines. I don’t organize the papers as I like to mix product lines as much as possible.
My favorite organization item is this storage cart from IKEA. I love that it matches my bookcases and it holds SO much stuff, you cannot even imagine. I have all most used punches, stamps, inks, tools, paper pads, etc in this cart. I am able to wheel it around to where I need it and hide it behind our computer desk when we have company and the scrap table disappears. You can see I have several small baskets and trays from IKEA that fit inside so I can store brads, tags, etc. It really is handy and holds SO much. Like a lot, seriously.
That’s it for my scrap space! thanks for popping in to see it – now I am off to make it messy again.
Loving your space!!! Love that your daughter likes to pick out papers with you!! :)
