It's always been fun to browse thru Pinterest, looking at the endless ideas and inspirational images that are out there. Our designers always enjoy taking whatever image we provide them, and using it in whatever way inspires them the most as they work on their projects. It's amazing to see how many different ideas and designs can be inspired by just one image.

“Noel” card, by Ashley Marcu.
This Pinterest picture inspired me in so many ways. The first thing that caught my eye was not only the sentiment but also the letter replacement. I loved how they placed a wreath in place of the O. I also tried to bring in the simple and peaceful background.
Supplies:
Christmas Countdown: Believe, Tree Park, Captions; Daily Chevies: Chevy Bell Pepper: Sienna Chipboard Alphas: Punch, Pickle Juice, Ice

For my next card I was inspired by some of the same concepts as the first but this time was really drawn to the sentiment making a large statement. The chipboard alphas and stickers were perfect for making my sentiment pop.

“Noel”, byKay Rogers.
It's funny that I was assigned this Pin, as last winter I made my own "Noel" for my mantle I was so inspired! I went very literal with this inspiration and used my Cameo to cut out the letters. I used a photo I took for my Christmas card this year in the "O" and then embellished with stickers and die-cuts. I used a border at the top and bottom of the page to ground the design.
Supplies:
Christmas Countdown: City Sidewalks, Christmas, Borders, O Tannenbaum, Daily Details, Captions, Tabs, Paper Pieces Ashley
“Joy” card, by Kathy Martin.
First I’d like to say that I’ve seen the inspiration photo all over Pinterest. It’s just so cool! It brought to mind this colorful Daily Details phrase card I used as my focal point with its mix of letters and symbols to create words. With all the circles incorporated into the phrase card’s design, I thought this background die cut and a few of Bella’s colorful round buttons would be perfect accents.
Supplies:
Christmas Countdown: Daily Details; Daily Chevies: Chevy Gulf; Button Market: Fruit Punch, Purple Flowers

My second card has a completely different feel and color palette even though I continued the letter and symbol theme from the inspiration photo. Instead of replacing the o with a wreath however, I opted for two different holiday icons, a snowflake and an ornament.
Supplies:
Christmas Countdown: O Tannenbaum, Christmas; Christmas Wishes: Candlelight; Sienna Chipboard Alpha: Pony
