Bella Blvd Studio Blog: Layouts On Wednesdays

It's Wednesday, which means a few of our Layout Designers have whipped up free-for-all layouts for us to enjoy!

“You Three Are A Gift”, by Becki Adams.

I created this layout using many different Bella Collections. This layout is Christmas themed centered on how I feel about my 3 children. I wanted to emphasize that we don't need anything this Christmas and how blessed I am to have these three great kids. There is a lot of patterned paper and texture on this layout. I created a vellum pocket under part of my title with confetti and some die cut gifts. I cut the small gifts with my Silhouette. The border strips are punched and stacked together. I love using Bella's stickers, buttons, and flags to create embellishment clusters.

"Snow Fun", by Yohko Takiguchi.

My sons like to play in the snow. I selected Winter Wonder collection for these photos. I cut out some snowflakes and trees from pattern papers. I love mini-tags in Bella BLVD Miniatures Stickers. They are so cute. I used five mini-tags in this layout.

"He Loves Her", by Kim Jeffress.

My son who is 6 has a very special friendship with his little friend Kate. He simply adores her and he changes (in a good way) whenever he is around her. Kate recently took this photo of the two of them from her mums iPhone. I just loved it and knew it would be perfect to use with the Kiss Me collection. I started with the Bouquet Kisses as my background paper, but because my style is not girly, I over-layed a smaller piece of white cardstock over the top. I then placed my photo down and began to build up my design around the photo. I added foam tape to the speech bubble element from the Just Write sticker sheet to add some dimension to my page. If you know me I can't complete a layout without any yellow so I popped in some yellow chevron hand cut banners.
