Happy National Scrapbook Day everyone!
Are you scrapping today? Cropping with friends? Taking part in online scrapbooking activities? I hope you're having tons of fun, no matter how you decide to celebrate the day. I asked each and every one of our Design Team members to give you a glimpse into their scrap spaces today. Every day on the blog, we share our projects with you. Today, we want to show you where those projects come to life! Each designer is also going to share their favorite project that they have created, as part of their design team year so far.
Today's shares were split into FIVE posts, that have gone up throughout the day. If you're just joining us, you'll want to keep reading to see our previous posts. And since this is the last post of the day, that means it's time for our HUGE giveaway as well. It's a HUGE one, and it's not just Bella goodies!
We are on our last post, and are learning more about where the second half of our Layout Designers create and what their favorite Bella projects are!
I'm very blessed to have a whole room to use as my office and scrap space, though it does do double duty as a guest room when we have visitors in town (the furniture is easily moved to allow space for a comfy murphy bed to pull down). My space did not start out furnished this way- I've gone through many iterations of cheap bookcases and other inexpensive storage items before landing on the Expedit shelf system by IKEA as my storage unit of choice. Even the Expedit shelves aren't that expensive, and I've added them slowly over the course of a few years to build up to the massive corner unit that I have now. My desk is the Madison Trestle Desk from Target, and I recommend it for scrappers (especially if you can find it on a free shipping special!) because it has an amazing amount of storage on the side shelves and a huge work surface.
This layout made with the Winter Wonder collection is one of my favorite pages that I've made for Bella Blvd. We don't get a lot of snow here, so I remember the magic of waking up on Christmas morning of all days to find that several inches had been dumped on us overnight. The white cardstock and tiny pops of color really reflect the feeling of that day.

My scraproom has gone though many changes throughout the years. I started in our downstairs bedroom, then moved upstairs to a large open loft, and then back downstairs to the bedroom again. My room isn't huge, but it works really well for me. Being that I work at home running a daycare, I spend the majority of my time downstairs. It's nice to have access to my stuff whenever I need it, since I tend to work on projects whenever I can grab a few spare minutes. My main pieces of furniture are the Madison Trestle Desk from Target (same as Melissa), 2 large Expedit shelves from IKEA, and a few stackable drawer units from Michaels. I use lots of bins and baskets on my shelves for organizing my supplies, and use both horizontal paper trays and vertical paper holders to store my patterned paper and cardstock. I'm an extremely neat scrapper. The photo above shows what it looks like when I'm working on several projects at once, and is actually about the messiest you'll ever see my room!
It's hard to pick just one favorite layout, but if I have to choose, it would be my "Happiness" layout. I just love the fun mix of colors and patterns, and that I was able to pull papers from so many different collections. It also has a photo collage (one of my favorite ways to add photos to my pages), and some of my favorite little girls on it!

I love my little space, it's down in our basement, where we spend most of our time as a family when we are home. I love it, because I can be busy crafting away, while still enjoying the company of my family. I love vintage finds, so I'm always collecting fun storage things at my favorite antique stores here in Montana. I think I'm about to overflow though. Time to just purge, but it's so hard!
My favorite Bella project right now, is this one. I loved how the banner came together for this creation. I love the color combination and the design of it just fell into place. This layout was created for the Bella Blog inspiration, and I really love to have my creativity nudged with being inspired by a picture or design given to me to work with. They always seem to push my creativity to new levels, and are always my favorites when I'm all done.

Laura told us that we could send her pictures of our space either cleaned up or in full-mess mode and the truth is, my space is pretty much always in "full-mess-mode" because I am always working on something so there are scraps of paper and embellishments strewn about on my table. Miraculously, I can usually find whatever I need since I store papers by manufacturer and embellishment by type. Right now I am in a bit of an overhaul-stage and need to do some serious sorting and purging!
One of my all-time favorite Bella projects that I have created thus far is this "Beautiful Girl" layout that I created for CHA. I like the mix of color and black/white pictures and LOVE how the new washi tape creates a border around the page. It's a fun, happy page and makes me smile.

My scrap corner is in what would be known as our dining room, although we never eat in here. We opt for the table in the kitchen, so I've pretty much taken over. The black cabinets (I have another smaller one on another wall that houses most of my paper and idea books) and wall shelf were custom made. I'm on the lookout for something a little prettier to store stuff in other than the plastic boxes, but it works for now! Even though I have a pretty decent space to work, I usually end up on one of those tiny folding tables in the living room so I can be with my hubby and kiddos while I'm working!
This is one of my very favorite layouts, mostly because of the photos. I have very few pics of me and my hubby together and the ones I have are so special to me. I also love this layout because it shows one of my favorite aspects of the Bella collections - they mix so well together and that's one of my favorite things to do!

With my family planning a house move in August, I'm getting prepared for the move by sorting out my scrap area and purging. Here is what it looks like now. I was thrilled to uncover some hanging baskets which make the shelves even more 'spacious' and my goodies even more accessible. I love these Expedit shelves for my craft area. My desk is pretty simple too. I'm an organized chaos kinda gal, so this is a 'fresh' table waiting for me to create my next project.
This is a tough one because I love playing with Bella stuff so how can I pick ONE? In the end, I decided to pick the most recent work I've done - this J'Adore layout. Misting, textures, details, and a bit of fancy, that's all me... this layout is an embodiment of my creative style. I love the touch of whimsy, and the playfulness of the page, and how it is a happy layout which brightens up my day with all the CUTE that it brings.

Oh Wow! great scrap spaces. I spent NSD finishing a mini album that spells out "Aunt Dee" that was started in September and reading all the wonderful blogs that have been posted. I've got a notebook full of ideas for future projects and techniques I'd love to try.

I spent the day at home in my craft room. Between getting on the computer and seeing what inspiration was out there, I made several graduation cards. On my desk now are some thank you cards that are getting the final touches. I also made a run to my lss since they were having a sale and I couldn't pass that up.
Loved looking at everyone's crafting spaces. I got several ideas from them so thank you for sharing.

I spent the afternoon scrapbooking with friends at a local store. A great time was had by all!! I created four golf layouts for three different albums and one science fair layout for a school album. It always seems that just as I get going it's time to pack up. Happy National Scrapbook Day my friends!

The majority of my day was spent putting away the stash of goodies I bought at CKC Manchester last weekend. I did find time to finish up a few projects that I started in classes I took. I updated my Stickles and Liquid Pearl chart, after all, I added to my collection last week-end. Al-in-all a great NSD! Thanks for the chance to win.

I have spent National Scrapbook Day taking my son to magic class for the first time, which was hilarious. Then we hung out and enjoyed the nice weather, and now this evening I am in my craft room working on scrapbook stuff. I plan to have things all organized and ready to go out cropping with friends next weekend.

Oh my gosh! What a great prize! I would love to win. Fingers crossed!
My NSD did not go as planned. I played along with Two Peas In A Bucket's challenges but none of the layouts came out as nicely as I had hoped! I plan to start fresh tomorrow. :) Hopefully my mojo will be flowing then! In the mean time...I have quite a few photos that need to be printed and sorted.

I was cooking most of the day, I did work on a jewelery project, it needs to be finished by Fri. Hopefully it will be sold to the person who asked about it. I am going to have to get a diecut machine though, if I win I'll get it sooner than if I have to save for it. I really would love to have one. Good luck to all who enter.
