How did everyone like yesterday's LOADED day of inspiration? I didn't even realize how many projects we had lined up, until I started to write the post. So much goodness to take in! We hope you're ready for some more, because we have another round of free-for-all layouts for you today.
I also wanted to remind you that our Bella Buzz December Newsletter is coming out tomorrow! If you haven't signed up yet, to get it delivered straight to your inbox, head on over HERE, and sign up in the little yellow box, with the cupcake ;)
"She's A Little Pistol", by Kimberly Neddo.
I am really loving banners of all sizes these days, so I decided to create a matt with a very large banner. Then, I created a fun border with a jump ring and some strips of coordinating paper and designer ribbons and rik rak.
Supplies:
Estate Sale: Hat Box, Nana's Apron, Bits a Bella; Ciao Chip: Belvedere
"Flying High", by Laura Vegas.
I know it's the middle of December, but I could not resist making a summer layout the other day. This photo of my girls (from 8 years ago), being tossed up super high in the air at my parents swimming pool, has always been a favorite of mine. It just makes me smile every time I see it. I knew this photo had to be enlarged, so I went big. I love mixing papers from different collections for my layouts, and with the amazing Bella products, I never have a problem finding different collections that match so perfectly.
Don't be scared to add elements directly to your photos. Because my enlarged photo had some empty space to it, I had no problem adding my title directly to the photo, using some alpha stickers. And when I came across this "This is sooo awesome" chipboard piece, I just knew I had to adhere it next to my youngest daugher, Sarah, since I'm pretty sure that is exactly what she was thinking ;)
Supplies:
Flirty: High Maintenance, omigosh; All Inclusive: Bookin On The Beach, Badda Bings; Spring Flings and Easter Things: Sunny Sunday, Alpha+Bits; Estate Sale: Badda Bings; Making The Team: Alpha+Bits
"Hello Frank", by Nancy Damiano.
I love the little "Frank" icon in this line and built my page around him. The pictures of my son at our local Halloween fair inspired the green and purple color scheme. A few graphic touches separate the page right down the center with a chipboard border and a stitched strip of cardstock. All of the elements in the Too Cute to Spook line made designing this page a snap!
Supplies:
Too Cute to Spook: The Boo Crew, Borders, Jacks-a-Glow, Cute Cuts, Ciao Chip Icons, Miniatures Stickers, Alpha+Bits Stickers; Winter Wonder: Toasty; Ciao Chip Sophisticates: Simply Simona Oreo, Prune, Essentials Asparagus; Quattrofina: Brownie & Cream
"Every Girl Wants A Pony", by Julie Johnson.
I love that I can mix and match Bella products. The colors compliment each other so well with the different collections. When I started to create this layout of my daughter and her new car, the first thing I noticed was my photos didn't have a lot of color. I really wanted to add some bright colors to make this a fun layout since it was such a happy day for her. There was the hint of red in the bow so that is the color I decided to focus on. The red polka dot from the Family Dynamix collection was perfect for the background and I loved it because it didn't make the page too busy. I also liked how well it matched the Hello Beautiful collection. The small flowers and bright colors give the layout the cute, feminine look I was looking for.
Don't you just love all the different alphabet stickers from Bella Blvd? My favorite are the little bitty round ones. I actually have a hard time using them because once I use them, I won't have them anymore. I know, doesn't make sense, but I guess you might say I'm a hoarder of tiny round alphabet stickers. Are any of you just like this? Well, as you can see, I like to mix & match these too. There are so many to choose from you can't pick just one and I like how the different sizes give the layout a fun, whimsical look.
Supplies:
Family Dynamix: The Littlest Things, Ciao Chip, Alpha+Bits; Hello Beautiful: Alpha+Bits, Just Because, Sky's the Limit, Borders and Blocks, Thanks a Bunch; Tail Waggers and Cat Naps: Ciao Chip; Sophisticates: Essentials Peep & McIntosh, Quattrofina Milk & Oreo.
Stunning! Absolutely stunning! And I love the variety of collections and themes today! :)
