Meet The Team: Kim Arnold, Loredana Bucaria, and Alice Carman

Happy Monday everyone! Today we start our introductions to all the wonderfully talented girls that make up our new Design Team. We're excited for you to meet them, and to get to know them and their work better. We will be featuring 2-3 girls a day, over the next 2 weeks. We asked each of them to list 5 fun/random facts about themselves. We are also sharing 2 projects from each of their design team submissions, so you can see what we loved about them. My husband and I eloped to get married 14 years ago
I took up running earlier this year and plan to run a half marathon before the middle of 2012
I have an unnatural passion for coffee (particularly when it involves a coffee shop and my girlfriends for a good chat)
I love doing the washing, I don’t mind hanging it out and folding it, but I hate putting it away.
My favorite flavor combination is salty and sweet together – I love salted caramel anything!

I am afraid of the dark, and untill my wedding, I slept with a little light tuned on:) Now I have my strong hubby with me, so it's more quiet during the night.
I am completely addicted to bags. Any shape, any texture. I love to always have a bag with me. It's fashionable and cool, and I love their smells.
I am crazy for cupcakes. I love cooking them in every way! I am always in search of tools and instruments to cook them.
I hate bees, and I am completely scared of this lovely but so dangerous animal. LOL.
I would to buy buy buy lens for my camera, recipe books and a new mac. Oh, Money!!!! I should be married to the son of Bill Gates to make all this! LOL!

Well, you’ve heard of the Tooth Fairy? I’m the Card Fairy. I like sending cards to someone in need, but never telling them who the sender is. I think the idea of "fun", is making others happy.
I think I’m pretty random when it comes to food. I like to try new things all the time. I’m not that adventurous enough to eat bugs, but if you don’t tell me what I’m eating I just might try it. I said might!
I have OWL A.D.D. What does that mean? It means I have Owl Attention Deficit Disorder. My girlfriend and I are walking the floors of a craft convention and in the middle of our conversation I pointed to an Owl. I think I did this a few dozen times to the point where she wanted to kill me at the end of the day. I love owls!
I was born with a streak of white hair on the back of my head. I have tried to die it, but the die won’t take. People mistakenly think I streaked my hair on purpose.
Another weird thing about me is my laugh. My laughter is highly contagious, it’s loud and supper silly! I guess you can compare it to a Hyena. Weird runs in my family, my husband has it and so do my 2 dogs.
