Scrapbook a 12x12 Layout Using Unique Frames (made by you) around the Pictures.
"What A Guy"
By: Lory Bucaria
Love the masking tape idea here. I always see it used on layouts, but forget to carry a roll with me in my scrappin' bag! It's a new trend, and a must-have! Lory used the Bits A Bella border pieces to create her own unique double-photo frame. The borders add a lot of color to a layout based on cardstock! We also love how she combined our two boy/man collections: Man of the House and Super Stud.
"Our Swim with the Dolphins"
By: Michelle Clement
Michelle made a faux cabinet card frame for the larger photo. She roughly cut a shape out based on the photos shape, then stitched it onto the picture and distressed it a bit.
Michelle also created a "simple" (so she says!) faux polaroid frame for the smaller photo by tracing around her photo, and hand cutting two layers of polaroid-shaped paper. Then she stitched them on top of the photo and distressed/aged it a little by crumpling the edges and adding some walnut ink to stain it. (All products used are from the All Inclusive Collection)
Michelle insists that the faux frames are really quick and easy, and make photos pop on busy pages!
Awesome layouts!
