“A Week Together”, by Becki Adams.
Hey there Bella Blvd friends and fans, Becki here. I'm excited to share with you a layout sharing an "everyday" memory I documented with a combination of the Campout collection and the Let's Go collection. I chose to combine these two collections because of the bright primary color palette. I love the bright green, red, blue, and just a splash of yellow. I chose two 4x4 photos (slightly overlapping) as the main focus of my layout. I added handwritten journaling and a small title above the journaling.
Once I had the title, photos, and journaling in place, I started embellishing. I used a bold line of enamel hearts from the top left to the bottom right of the layout. I even sprinkled a few hearts in the middle of the photos.
I added just a couple of pieces of chipboard to the finish the embellishments.
The last step on this layout was to using my sewing machine on a few of the elements. I almost always stitch my letter stickers in place. This prevents letter stickers from shifting out of place over time. To balance the machine stitching on the title I balanced it with some machine stitching below the photo.
I love how this layout turned out. Bella Blvd makes mixing collections so easy because the colors always match! Which two collections are your favorite to mix and match? Thanks for stopping by the Bella Blvd blog today! I'll see you again soon!
