Hi everyone! Stephanie Buice here today to share a quick and easy set of Thanksgiving place card holders with you.
If you guys are anything like me, right now life is a little busy (and by a “little” I mean crazy busy ha!), but that doesn’t mean that I don’t want our thanksgiving table to look rushed our without the little personal touches that make it our own.
So with that being said, here are some easy little acorns that will make your guest feel extra special without taking you a ton of time to put together.
These acorns are actually a 3D project that you can find in the Silhouette cut store. I simply sized them to fit my needs they cut and assembled with regular the runner adhesive. Looking back on things now I think perhaps using a liquid glue would maybe give them extra staying power if your guests include little ones who will likely be playing with them, that way you’d be guaranteed that they will hold up.
The little tags I used to type the names on did not come with the project, but they were pretty easy to cut out myself. To make them I simply typed the names then cut them to half inch strips of white cardstock. Then I just used some scissors to make the little banner shapes on each end, each tag is approx 1/2”x3”.. To add a little bit of embellishments and color I added a Paper Piece leaf and and orange heart sticker from the Fundamentals sheet to finish them off.
Thank you so much for stopping by the blog today, I hope you enjoyed my little project and that they perhaps even helped you out in a pinch. Enjoy the season, we have so much to be grateful for!
