Hello everyone, this is Sabrina from the Bella Blvd Digital Team. I'm back to share some easy digital tips when putting together vacation pages. These tips will enhance your pages and take them to the next level. Let's get started.
Tip 1- Vacations mean tons of photos. Use a multi photo digital template with photo strips to get the most photos on the layout. When adding in the photos to the photo strips make sure to keep the photos the same size and turned the same angle.
Tip 2- When digital scrapbooking you can never forget the shadows because they add the dimension and pop you need to make you layouts stand out. You can also make the 'distance' of your shadow bigger to make the element come off the page more.
Tip 3- Bella Blvd digital bundles include some awesome and gorgeous paper clips. To use these digitally you should cut out the piece in the middle to make it look realistic. Then it will be just like a traditional paper clip attached to a printed photo. Below is the exact steps to cut out the middle piece of the paper clip using the Rectangular Marquee Tool.
Here is the finished layout- a two-pager using all the techniques I discussed here. Plus, I created my own patterned paper which I explained how to do in this blog post.
Lastly, ONE more tip that is just so fun and makes me feel like a rockstar scrapper. :) You blend papers using the layer modes to create a custom paper. The top right option on this screen says 'linear burn' and that is a drop down menu to change the layer style of your papers. Changing those gives the paper a different look. It results is a beautiful and fun custom paper that still use Bella Blvd's gorgeous designs!

This is the final layout that also uses all the tips mentioned.
