Today's feature is all about mixing & matching Bella's collections. One of the great things about our collections is that you'll find the same colors throughout, whether you're using an older collection from a year or two years ago (or more!) or a newer collection that you just got your hands on. While it's so convenient to pull out a single collection and work from just that assortment of products, it can also be a lot of fun to mix and match between two, three, or even more collections.

I went a little unconventional for this challenge and chose to mix & match several different alpha stickers from Bella Blvd, instead of travelling down the normal patterned paper route! And even though I have used different patterned papers to play with, from Molly through to the glorious new Valentina collections, I have maintained that the alpha stickers become both the story and focus of this layout.
The ombre heart shape was created free hand and then stitched with a thread gradient of red to white. I followed the same concept when choosing the colors for the alpha stickers. The main sentiments in the quote were highlighted with a larger and bolder font, while the smaller fonts filled the spaces perfectly in between.
To complete my layout, I have fussy cut details from the Molly collection in the form of flowers and layered my photo on clear cut confetti transparency and patterned paper.

“Love Your Smile”, by Christin Grønnslett.
I love to mix and match the collections, finding small treasures that go so great together. Today I combined 6 collections for this layout. When choosing the papers I looked at my 6 year olds west and picked out papers. The hat she is wearing I knitted recently. Now during winter, it’s fun to knit hats so all pictures outside doesn’t look the same - and I get to play with different kinds of paper. To make the page a little more interesting I cut the papers in triangles and let them overlap each other. Part title is one of my leftovers from the Kerri Bradford crossover and the rest is from one of the many Tiny Text sheets. I really enjoy the many small letters.
