Welcome back to our last day of our team up feature with Kerri Bradford Studio! So many of us own digital die cut machines, and if you happen to own a Silhouette, you've most likely heard of Kerri Bradford. She has been creating shapes to use with the Silhouette (they can be used with other die cut machines as well) for a few years now, and has a fabulous collection of kits to choose from in her online store. A handful of our designers are teaming up with Kerri's designers, and combining Bella Blvd's collections and embellishments with Kerri's digital shapes. Check out what our designers have whipped up for you today!

Holiday cards are so fun to make — and this card is no exception! The penguin from Kerri Bradford brings some extra cuteness to the already fun and delightful Christmas Countdown collection from Bella Blvd. You can’t help but smile when you see this card!

Designer Picks Christmas 2012
"Dear Santa Christmas Countdown" mini album, by Leanne Allinson.
Christmas Countdown is one of my all time favorite Christmas collections and I have certainly used my fair share, in this one little mini album. My children are always keen to countdown the days until Christmas arrives and I thought a fun way to do it this year would be to have a countdown calendar. The older children usually take turns, at writing the number of days remaining, on a chalkboard. But now the mini album allows the youngest to become a little more interactive with the process as well. Besides, it is a fun way to use up those fabulous Christmas Countdown Paper Pieces, pattern papers and stickers in an unexpected manner!
To put this mini together I started by using the cardboard packaging from two finished packets of crochet hearts. I covered them with patterned paper and used the original hole punched in the packaging as a guide for the rest of my pages.
The Kerri Bradford cut file numbers and words were a fun addition to some of my pages. The numbers, both round and plain, were cut from a variety of Bella Blvd patterned papers.
Some of the words were cut at a large size and a small circle welded to a part of the file. This allowed me to punch a hole and create a hanging element from the cut file for my mini.
I cut the pages into different sizes and shapes to create interest and added a few feathers between the layers for extra texture. The crochet hearts, tabs and chipboard were also add for the textural element of the album.
On the last page, I have created a little surprise. Using three white Crochet Hearts, I have built a little snowman. I have hand stitched the eyes and mouth and used an orange exclamation mark sticker from the Yellow High Five Alphabets. The arms are also sticker letters from Making The Team Alpha+Bits. And of course the buttons were added to finish and compliment the Kerri Bradford number cut file.
Hopefully now, this little countdown mini will help my youngest feel a part of the Christmas tradition we have started, in the coming days before Christmas arrives.
