Project Life is everywhere these days, in many shapes and forms. Whether you create full Project Life albums, a few Project Life inspired layouts/spreads here and there, or even simply working Project Life style products (such as Bella's new Daily Details papers) onto your everyday layouts, there are so many ways to incorporate this popular style into your designs. We are asking our designers to be inspired by Project Life, and show us how they work that inspiration onto their own pages.
“Project Life Week 41”, by Katie Rose.
The first week of October ... probably my favorite week of the year! Not only is it the beginning of one of my favorite months but it also happens to be when my birthday falls! And this year was the big 4-0! I didn't highlight my birthday here because we actually celebrated the weekend before but I did include a couple of family pics which have become a tradition on my birthday. I used lots of the Thankful line which was perfect for my family pictures as well as some of the other super fun things October brings ... like trips to the pumpkin patch!

“7 Cute Cousins”, by Wendy Sue Anderson.
I don’t scrapbook exclusively with Project Life (or pocket pages), but I love including these pages in with my regular scrapbook layouts here and there. For this page, I used the Trick or Treat collection to document these photos of my costumed kiddos and their cousins last Halloween. The 3x4 cards are perfect for the pockets and adding a few simple embellishments makes them personalized and unique! I also like adding tags and stickers directly to my photos for a bit of whimsy and fun!
Trick or Treat: Leaf Storm, Daily Details, Borders, Alpha+Bits, Tabs, Captions, Paper Pieces; Crochet Hearts: Orange; Designer Tape: Ice Stripe; High Five Alpha Stickers: Black-White
“Love To Ride”, by Kay Rogers.
I am a big fan of the Project Life layout that includes 4x6 horizontal photos as well as vertical 3x4 photos. I used that idea to for a layout of pictures from my daughter’s riding lessons. I used the border paper to fill in the gaps of the page created by eliminating a row from the traditional layout.
