Project Life is everywhere these days, in many shapes and forms. Whether you create full Project Life albums, a few Project Life inspired layouts/spreads here and there, or even simply working Project Life style products (such as Bella's new Daily Details papers) onto your everyday layouts, there are so many ways to incorporate this popular style into your designs. We are asking our designers to be inspired by Project Life, and show us how they work that inspiration onto their own pages.
“Week 35”, by Kim Jeffress.
This year I decided to tackle Project Life to complement my memory keeping process. When I began I searched Pinterest and blogs for ideas to get me started but became bogged down with too many ideas. I quickly realized I had to simplify my process to keep up with the weeks. Using the coordinated collections from Bella Blvd made it so easy because all the hard work was done for me. For this particular week (week 35) I mainly used papers from the Daily Chevies and Play Date collections. I love how the bright happy colors in the pattern papers and embellishments matched my fun photos so well.
You can see from the second image I had 2 inserts included in my double page spread. Also on the left page I included a lift-able photo flap to reveal a photo underneath. I simply added some orange stripe designer tape across the top of two photos to create a hinge and slipped the bottom photo into the plastic pocket and the top photo on top.
Daily Chevies: Chevy Carrot, Chevy Oreo, Everyday Bookplates, Pickle Juice Arrows, Black and White Arrows; Play Date: Daily Details, Alpha+Bits, Captions; High Five Alphabet Stickers: Blue, Black-White; Love and Marriage: May Eighteenth; Sand & Surf: Cute Cuts, Flying High; Designer Tape: Orange Stripe

For this project, I used Snapshots collection. This collection is perfect for project life. I love Bella’s new items, Captons, Tabs, Bookplates and Paper Pieces. These are very cute!

“You're My Favorite Little Spook”, by Jaclyn Rench.
With Project Life as the inspiration, I took no hesitation in reaching for Bella's Daily Details patterned paper sheets to complete my latest project. I cut out some of my favorite 3x4 cards from the Trick or Treat Daily Details paper, and mixed in a few other patterns from the same collection, to fill in as needed. By trimming the additional patterned papers and my photos to match the 3x4 card size from the Daily Details sheet, I was easily able to pull together a simple grid design for my page. The ending result isn't short on photos, patterns or even embellishments. In fact, by modeling my traditional scrapbook page after the format of a project life spread I was able to streamline the design and still include plenty of memories, pictures and lots of bright, fun Bella goodies!
