Project Life is everywhere these days, in many shapes and forms. Whether you create full Project Life albums, a few Project Life inspired layouts/spreads here and there, or even simply working Project Life style products (such as Bella's new Daily Details papers) onto your everyday layouts, there are so many ways to incorporate this popular style into your designs. We are asking our designers to be inspired by Project Life, and show us how they work that inspiration onto their own pages.
"Project Life: Week 33", by Leanne Allinson.
Bella Blvd's new collection Play Date, was my inspiration point when starting my Project Life spread this week! I couldn't wait to use it to help tell our weekly story. Our week was full of crafting and parties! So, how could I not use this collection! My favorite part (although crazy at the time) was when my son asked me to help him create a costume for school the next day. The. Next. Day! They are learning about Explorers at school, so I quickly grabbed my Bella Blvd supplies to help create a telescope and Captain hat. The Bella Blvd feather was a fun touch to his costume and afterwards, I salvaged it and added it my PL page. A have also mixed a lot of different alphas from the Bella Blvd collections to help journal our stories. I just love how mixing and matching collections are never hard work when I use Bella Blvd.

“Our Weekend In Las Vegas”, by Sheri Reguly.
I have to admit that I scrapbook about myself, just about as often as my husband and I travel together without the kiddos. It’s sad to say, but our recent Vegas getaway was our first time away together, just the two of us, in nearly thirteen years. We first visited Las Vegas together eighteen years ago on our honeymoon, and although we’ve both been back over the years, this was out first time back together. My sweet husband surprised me by arranging and booking our travel plans as a birthday gift to me. I’m normally not big on surprises, but it was exactly what I needed. The project life format was the perfect way for me to document these fun times and happy memories!

“Summer Fun", by Becky Williams.
I am drawn to the simple style and ease of scrapbooking available to those who use the Project Life format and other similar styles. While I haven't yet taken the plunge and committed to doing PL I have created a layout using the grid format, which I really like. Each new Bella collection has a sheet of cards that are perfect for "Project Lifers" but these can be used easily on regular layouts as well. I've added some tapes and other embellishments to these cards to "spice" them up a bit and pull together the theme and color combination on my page.
