Inspiration is all around us, and can be interpreted in so many different ways. We have chosen one image, and asked a handful of our designers to create a layout based on the inspiration piece. It's always fun to see what part of a piece a designers finds inspiring, and how they translate that into their designs.
"LOVE", by Yohko Takiguchi.
I loved both the ribbon and the colors in this inspiration image. I chose the Engaged At Last collection and the Love And Marriage collection for my layout. These collections matched perfectly with the colors in the image. I also added a gray feather and a pink heart crochet. They are new products from Bella Blvd and so cute!

“Love Story”, by Leanne Allinson.
It's not often that I create a layout with my husband in it and even rarer if I am in the shot too! But I couldn't let an opportunity, using the gorgeous Kiss Me collection, go past, without documenting how he proposed to me. I love the colors in the inspiration image and especially the cute bow. But it was the background detail of the photo that caught my eye. I was inpired to recreate the cartography style lines with the chevron patterned paper. The white flag and the vertical lines of the pink and white straws were also incorporated into my design.
Supplies:
Kiss Me: True Love, Flutter, Alpha+Bits
Stickers, Just Write Journaling Stickers; High Five Alpha Stickers: Piggy-Punch,
Blue; Button Market: Pink Flowers

When I saw the beautiful image from this month’s inspiration challenge I immediately thought of banners, banners, and more banners. I adored the soft muted tones, so I tried to bring those soft colors into my layout. I included soft pink and grey but also bought in some other colors to make my project pop a bit more. I decided to make my own banner flags. I grabbed a couple of decorative pins, cut some banner pieces from pattern paper then added pop dots under the banner and adhered them to my page.
Supplies:
Freestyle Sophisticates: Freestyle Oyster; High Five Alpha Stickers: Gulf; Kiss
Me: Flutter, Alpha+Bits Stickers, Just Write Stickers; Birthday Girl: Miles of
Smiles
“Ready To Meet My Girl”, by Sheri Feypel.
I created this layout based on the color challenge, I sort of read between the lines (colors) a little bit. I rarely get to play with shades of pink, so I was more than happy to participate in this challenge. I added lots of pink layers with chipboard, stickers and buttons. While I really like adding lots of layers, I also enjoy creating little clusters of embellishments on my layouts. I love how all of the elements complimented my photo of this beautiful momma to be.
Supplies:
Love And Marriage: Cake Frosting,
May Eighteenth; Kiss Me: True Love, Flutter, Alpha+Bits Stickers; Sophisticates:
Sprinkle & Lace Surf & Turf; High Five Alpha Stickers: Piggy Punch;
Sienna Chipboard Alphas: Punch; Ciao Chip Elements: Stars & Hearts; Freestyle
Sophisticates: Freestyle Cotton Candy; Button Market: Pink Flowers
“Goodbye 2012”, by Jenny Evans.
This was such a fabulous inspiration image to create from! I was inspired by everything from this photo! From the straws, all the way to the printed background. I embellished with flags and circular punched pieces of paper, keeping the photo and clustering low on my layout like the ribbon is in the photo. I added my title so it resembled the flags mixed in with the straws. It is so great to be able to pull so many different Bella products and make them work together effortlessly!
